Note : All unserviceable materials obtained out of demolition/dismantling/taking down (other than those for which credit catered under Schedule of credit) shall be disposed of outside MoD Land. Quoted rates against respective item shall deemed to include for same.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness below or above ground level and removal all rubbish material complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft / loose soil, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n. exc 1.5 m depth & getting out, for laying of cables, foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. and getting out including triming and forming bottom surface complete, all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in soft / loose soil back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested complete all as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soils complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles/ struts/ stay assembly etc complete all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable LT UG cable and Supplying, Fixing/laying, jointing and testing and commissioning, LT under ground cables, 1100 Volts grade, XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminuim conductors, laid in trenches, ducts/fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts or encased in GI pipe complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

2 core 10 Sqmm NOTE :- (a) Excavation & earth work, shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the BOQ. (b) GI pipe for laying of cable, sand cushioning, cable protection cover shall be measured and paid for seprately under respective items of the BOQ (c) Road cutting involved during excavation for laying of cables etc shall be made good as per existing road. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates of the item shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

Taking out old unserviceable GI pipe and S & F Galvanised steel tubing light grade for protection of under ground cable on poles / walls/under road crossing/laid in trenches etc conforming to IS-1239 for following bore complete all as directed:-

25 mm bore (Note : Excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of this Schedule).

M & L for dry sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M & L for brick protection for UG XLPE cable with burnt clay old size sub class 'B' bricks laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps between adjacent brick not more than 10mm and width equal to length of brick in trenches across the cable complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully existing aviation obstruction light and Supply, Installation, commissioning and testing of integral LED aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure complete complete all as directed. Model & Make Cat Part No. BGAV 302 LED of Make Bajaj or equivalent model of Makes listed in list of Makes.

Taking down carefully existing flood light fittings any wattage or type and Supply, Installation, commissioning and testing of LED flood light fittings of 150 Watts rating, pressure die-cast aluminium housing, electrochemically brightened and anodised aluminium reflector with modular lens, fitted with heat resistant toughened glass provided with gasket and SS clips, driver with input voltage surge, open and short circuit protection, powder coated, IP-65 protection complete all as specified & directed. {Model/Make:-AMAZE Series Cat Part No. BJFL 150W LED I of make Bajaj or equivalent model of list of makes as per Particular specification).

M & L in replacement street light fitting mounting bracket fabricated out of GI tubing 40 mm bore light grade not less than 1.2m long made to shape including 2 Nos flat iron clamp 50x6mm to be tightened with nuts, bolts & washers of suitable size mounted on pole complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for trenchless boring in any strata of soil across road, pavement, hardstanding etc by using hand operated boring tool upto a depth as directed but not less than 0.60 mtr below GL/ road, pavement, hardstanding etc for laying of UG cable under road, pavement, hardstanding etc without damaging existing under ground materials including provision of HDPE pipe of 100mm dia of 0.4mpa working pressure complete all as directed.
