Earth work excavation in all soils and sub-soils and the full depth as may be directed by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift and cleaning and levelling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification

Earth work for leveling the land to required levels & grades, either by cutting and disposal of excavated soil to areas of fill or by filling with earth suitable for filling brought from areas of cutting or borrow pits in all kinds of soils except rock requiring blasting

Conveyance the excess earth or earth not suitable for refilling, dumping and spreading, levelling of the same at places of dump approved by departmental officers and as directed including lorry hire charges, labour for loading, unloading, spreading, leveling, making approaches for areas of dumps etc., complete.

Flooring with bed of cement concrete 1:4:8 (One part of cement, four parts of sand and eight parts of stone jelly by volume) using 40 mm granite hard broken stones, all machine mixed, laid to uniform thickness of 100mm and top left rought to receive floor finish including all labour charges for concreting, ramming, curing etc, and providing expansion joints, slopes & grades if any etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications at all leads & lifts inside the building.

Centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting for plain surfaces such as reinforced cement concrete slabs, walls etc., with all cross bracing etc., including decentering after curing period,complete complying with standard specifications, at all leads inside the building, at all heights.

Cement Concrete 1:3:6, one part of cement, three parts of sand , six parts of 20 mm hard blue granite metal by volume, characteristic strength not less than 20 N/sqmm) machine mixed for all reinforced Cement Concrete works, including scaffolding, cost of all materials, machine mixing, vibrating, lifting, curing, labour charges for laying & finishing etc., but excluding the cost and fabrication of reinforcements and also excluding centering and formwork etc., complete complying with the relevant standard specifications at all leads inside the building.

Cement Concrete 1:2:4, one part of cement, two parts of sand , four parts of 20 mm hard blue granite metal by volume, characteristic strength not less than 20 N/sqmm) machine mixed for all reinforced Cement Concrete works, including scaffolding, cost of all materials, machine mixing, vibrating, lifting, curing, labour charges for laying & finishing etc., but excluding the cost and fabrication of reinforcements and also excluding centering and formwork etc., complete complying with the relevant standard specifications at all leads inside the building.

Supply and fixing of 12mm thick Bituman pad with all labour charges etc complete.,

Plastering for concrete surfaces using cement mortar 1:5 (One part of cement, five parts of sand by volume) thickness 12 mm (average) for all internal/external surfaces for drains etc., finished smoothly to one level including curing etc., complete, at all leads and at all heights.,

Cleaning the Juncle using Mechanical JCB as per the Direction of the Departmental officers Etc., Complete

Providing and laying well gravel including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarries as noted in lead chart to the road site including loading, unloading and stacking the well gravel at road site to departmental gauge for pre-measurement including labour charges for laying spreading leveling to camper etc., complete as per specifications.,

Supply of RCC precast slab 125mm thick in C.C. 1:2:4 mix using 20m baby jelly including water curing, moulding charges etc., complete.

Laying and pointing of RCC precast slab using mixing materials, labour charges including water curing, moulding charges etc., complete.

Supply and fabrication of RTS Rods in various dia. Including cutting, bending and tying etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of M.S. Tubular Grills and Gates including one coat of red oxide paint etc. Complete

Supplying and fixing of Chain Link 2 " x 2" Using 10 Gauge Galvanised Wire ( of all Sizes ) 10 mm Gauge GI Chain link fencing with best quality including cost of chain link and labour charge for fixing etc., compelte complying with standard specifications and as directed by the dept officers

Painting with enamel paint in two coats of approved colour and quality over new iron work etc. complete.
