M&L rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in two layer each of 10+5 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surface on external surfaces in CM (1:4) & water proofing compound mixed with second layer @ 250 ml/Bag or as per manufacturer instruction finished fair and even. complete all as specified and directed. ( Note -W.P.C. shall be measured and paid separately. )

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with flyash bricks (with Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with flyash bricks, (with Old Size Bricks),straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on other than fair face of brick or concrete surfaces on internal surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old wall surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer applied over 1 to 2mm thick water proof wall care putty complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new wall surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer applied over 1 to 2mm thick water proof wall care putty complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L Preparation of old treated/ painted surfaces of walls and soffits of Chajja, roof slab etc, by cleaning brooming, rubbing and scrapping as required using broom, emery paper, putty blade/ scraper as applicable to make the surface free from loose paint, algae formation dust etc including necessary safety & protective measures such as safety belt, headgear etc including filling cracks upto 5mm with and including suitable elastomeric crackfill paste and applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over alkali resistant primer over 1-1.5 mm thick wall care putty of approved make using airless spray technology capable of operating single spray gun with hose of adequate length and necessary scaffolding for upto 4 storey building height complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of new surface of walls and soffits of Chajja, roof slab etc, by cleaning brooming, rubbing and scrapping as required using broom, emery paper, putty blade/ scraper as applicable to make the surface free from loose paint, algae formation dust etc including necessary safety & protective measures such as safety belt, headgear etc including filling cracks upto 2mm thick exterior wall putty ( in two layers) for smooth finish and finishing with two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over alkali resistant primer over 1-1.5 mm thick wall care pity of approved make using airless spray technology capable of operating single spray gun with hose of adequate length and necessary scaffolding for upto 4 storey building height complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) not exc 15cm thick in ground floor and paving (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar as in backing coat of stone on fair face of brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cleaning of old floor with water & polishing with machine polish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut one side polished natural hard stone (Granite)any type in step, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plate from and similar places etc like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

S& F 12 mm thick seamless waterproof and termite proof WPC Louvers wall panelling fixed with probond adhesive and screwed to the wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for wooden flooring fixed in floor by means of grooving/interlocking with each planks along with skirting of required size and along with teak wood beading at the junction of joints and above skirting of polished matching with the flooring of DEKO FOOT FLOORS DFF 1006 of approved design/pattern, fixed over 2000 Micron EPE foam layer over 200 micron polyethylene sheet with all corner edge bidding complete all as per manufacturer's instruction all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling board (fibre pulp, insulation, etc ) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & Fixing of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with Dune Bevelled Regular Edge Tiles of 16mm thickness and Armstrong Suprafine 15mm face exposed grid. The tiles shall have sand texture visual with acoustical punchers, Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC 0.5 (Average value of Absorption Co-efficient readings taken at 250 Hz, 500 Hz, 1000 Hz and 2000 Hz) as per ASTM C423 standard, CAC of 33db as per ASTM E1414, Light Reflectance ≥85% as per ASTM E-1477, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 W/mK, Colour Global White, Fire Performance of class 0/1 as per BS 476 Part 6/7 and Class A as per ASTM E84 with 16mm bevelled Regular edge and 8mm drop in module size of 600 x 600mm. It shall be suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 40%. The tile shall have certifications from GRIHA and GreenPro thereby confirming that it is an environment friendly product. SUSPENSION: The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Suprafine 38 with 15 mm wide T - section flanges colour global white (matching to tile colour) having roll formed double stroke rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38mm (all sections). The deflection loading of the system shall be 12.5 kg/m2 (as per standard installation layout mentioned below) and main beam tested as per ASTM C635 (Deflection limit less than L/360) with a deflection loading of 15kg/m. The end details of the cross tee shall be made of pre hardened steel and fixed to the ends of the cross tee to provide double locking between “cross tee to cross tee” and “cross tee to main beam”.

All main beam to main beam and cross tee to cross tee connection shall have a pull out strength of more than 100kg. The T Sections shall be made of hot dipped galvanized steel of 90 gsm as per IS 277 (2003) and pre-painted steel with baked polyester paint with 0T bending capability. All border cross tee/main beam shall be levelled using perimeter fill. INSTALLATION: To comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm securely fixed to the structural soffit using Armstrong suspension system (specifications above) at 1200mm maximum. The First/Last Armstrong suspension system at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall along with the first and the last main beam shall be at less than 600mm from the wall. Flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm to form 1200 x 600 mm module. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support. 600 x 600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200 mm cross tees. Perimeter trim to be Armstrong wall angles of size 3000x19x19mm, secured to walls using screws at 450mm centre to centre maximum. Installation shall be carried out as per Armstrong recommended procedure. ARMSTRONG SUSPENSION SYSTEM accessories supplied by Armstrong consisting of M6 Anchor Fasteners with hanger hole, pre-straightened hanger wire of dia – 2.5 mm of 1.80 m length having a tensile strength of 344-413 MPa and a minimum loading strength of 110 kgs. (Optionally, adjustable hook clips made of 0.7mm thick Grade 1 C55 galvanized spring steel of dimension 100 x 20mm and 4 mm aquiline wire to be used for level adjustment during installation purpose in main runners).

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Vitrified ceramic colour tiles of area of each tile n exc 2.0 Sqm and 8-10 mm thick, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement complete including 15 mm thick screed bed cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. all as specified and directed .

All as per Ser Item No 22 but in vertical surface complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Structural steel wok incl grills ,gates, stair case etc but excluding framed truss in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls in cement mortar for inserting holdfast or pipes and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 as required exc half brick but not exc one brick, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparation of new surface & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
