Providing and fabricating structural steel work in rolled sections like joists, channels, angles, tees etc. as per detailed design and drawings or as directed including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, erecting, fixing in position making riveted / bolted /welded connections without connecting plates, braces etc. and including one coat of anticorrosive paint and over it two coats of oil painting of approved quality and shade etc. complete.

Providing and fixing corrugated galvanised iron sheets of 0.63mm thick (24 B.W.G.) for roofing without wind tiles including fastening with galvanised iron screws and bolts, lead and bitumen washers as per drawing etc. complete.(Weight of 5.5 Kilogram/sq.m.).

Hydraulic Hand pump with Hose pipe include One No. Hand pump with built-in Oil Tank, One No. Rotary direction Control valve mounted on hand pump to enable change in direction of stroke of cylinder, One No. of Pressure gauge, Two Nos. of Half QRC mounted on Oil connection Ports of the Hand Pump, Two Nos. of High pressure flexible hose pipe and hydraulic oil 13 liter

Dismantling of Hydraulic Jacks and cylinders for repairs and refitting of the same after overhaul and repairs. Removing of all seals and O rings etc. Cleaning of all parts . Dismantling of Piston rods and Machining the surface for cutting up to the depth of removal of pitting and rusted portion. Applying hard chroming plating at Chrome plating plant. Depositing the layer about 0.5 to 0.6 mm on the Piston rods And machining to the proper required standard size. Carrying out Polishing and Buffing process. Reassembling the parts by fitting all Seal kit and Oil seals, O rings etc. and trial after fitting to the hoist assy. Complete Job with material, Machining, Labour and Transportation etc.

Supplying, Providing, erection, testing and commissioning of portable power pack with Hose pipe as per drawing and specifications.

Supplying, Providing, erection, testing and commissioning of portable Generator Set as per drawing and specifications.

Inspection and visit Charges of Godbole Gates Private Limited, for inspection of work and providing guidance to contractor. Including lodging boarding charges.
