Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets of any curveture (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fiXing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finishade welded type tubes.
Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, hard drawn steel wire fabric, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within AAI premises all lead and lift.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour with electric-powered handheld airless sprayers machine i/c cleaning, sand papering, metalic putty and repair of any holes/gaps/patches/cracks to provide smooth finish with satisfaction of Engg-In-Charge. Re-fixing of hard drawn steel wire fabric / mesh as desired by Engineer-in-charge, after receiving the steel wire fabric / mesh from the execution of item number 14, to be fixed / welded with existing MS structure including the cost of labour, tool & plants. All complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Re-assembling of Steel structure work after receiving the steel member / component from the execution of item number 14, in built up tubular/single section trusses including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. All complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
Removal of existing gate as and where basis, transportation to designated location within AAI premises and re-installation of modified gate with new ball bearings and hold fasts, if required, with welding, riveting all necessary accessories required to serve the purpose. All complete as per direction and satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. [Note: The rate quoted shall be inclusive of cost of complete gate, transportation, loading, unloading, Manpower welding, riveting, MS material etc].
Cement concrete 1:1.50:3 (1 cement : 1.50 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 10, 20 & 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete.Note-Compaction shall be done with needle vibrator and screed vibrator. The panel shall be made with C-Channel of the full height of concrete to be laid and floater mahine will be applied there upon and proper texture will be made with brooming if required. Initially Mechanically cutting of dummy joints 3mm wide x 1/3rd thickness shall have to cut. Subsequently groove cutting as per dummy / construction/expansion joints will be done 10mm width x 50mm deep as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and Noting extra shall be paid for performing these activity. Note: Ajax will not be allowed for concrete work at any cost. For curing suitable curing compound shall have to be used / sprayed. Only black aggregatec of Dala will be allowed to be used in concrete work.
Providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing compound for sealing of expansion joints in roads / pavements all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Using grade 'A' sealing compound conforming to IS: 1834.
