Supply, install, commissioning and testing step down transformer outdoor type, mounted on iron wheels, HT 11 KV,3 phase 433 volts,4 wire,50 Hz Delta/Star connected,Vector group DYN - II double copper wound, ONAN, manual type off load tap changing facility on HT side to vary secondary voltage of +7.5% in steps of 2.5%,continous rating of capacity 100 KVA including cable terimination box on HT & LT side. The transformer shall conforming to EEL-2 of IS-1180-2014, Having percentage of impedence not less than 4.75% complete with all strandard fittings and acessories, guage, first filling of transformer oil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix automatic Power Factor Correction (APFC) Panel for 3 Phase, 415 V & 50 Hz system of capacity 50 KVA including incoming MCCBs 250 Amps 4 Pole, 36KA complete all specified and directed.

Supply, Install, Testing & Commissioning of self supporting outdoor type totally enclosed LT Panel board of suitable size, IP-65, compartmentalised design, dust and varmin proof of suitable size suitable for 440 Volt 3 phase 4 wire system made out of 3.0mm thick CRCA sheet and built upon rigid frame work having front and rear hinged doors with neoprence rubber gasket including danger plate, earthing strip point and, ventilation louvers at the rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size of Zinc/Cromium plated and nuts, bolts ;and washers etc. The pannel shall be painted with two coats of red oxide primer and final finish of synthetic enmelled gray paint and incomming/outgoing cable holes at the bottom. The Panel shall be emmbeded with 50 x 5 mm MS Angle Iron frame and 30 cm above the normal ground level complete with PCC foundation (1:2:4 ) type B2 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (Location : Near Transformer) Note: All Internal connection of MCCB from BUS Bar made By using Aluminium busbar of rated Capacity. (a) Aluminium bas bar 400 amps - 04 Nos, supported with suitable size of heavy duty PVC stand lock with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. The bar shall be colour coded (red, yellow and blue) for three phases and black for neutral. M &L steel tubular swaged poles and complete with cast iron / M.S base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 mtrs long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide metal primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. The pole shall conform to IS 2713:1980 and each component pipe shall be ISI marked and conform to IS 1161 (Note : For 4 nos four pole structure) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated,mounted on HT insulator (12 insulator type vertical type) and MS galvanised steel frame withn operated mechanism worked from ground level including operating rod for current rating up to 200 Amps 11000 volts complete with locking arrangement MS clamps,bolts and nuts and washers etc also including drop out explusion type of fuse barrels of required capacity to suit load at site including two coats of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Channel, cross arms, bracings etc shall be measured and paid separately

Supply and install,testing and commissioning of lighting arrestor (Static type) out door Non-Linear resistor type line discharge class-2 nominal discharge current 10 kA and high current with starnd 100 kA assembly suitable for 11 KV including all clamps,nuts,bolts and washers and connection to earth strip with 32 x 6 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing, XLPE HT cable , insulated, screended, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electic power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, conforming to IS : 7098 (Part II), 11 KV, ISI marked, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core laid in pipe/ducts/ trenches/ under floor/ under road all as specified. Note :- Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, cable cover and protection pipe shall be measured and paid seperately in respective items.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/disintegrated soil n.exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for laying cables complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & laying 40mm to 50mm thick roughly hammer dressed Jodhpur stone patti cable cover 25cm to 30cm wide and n. exc 60cm long each laid dry abutting with each other with maximum gap between adjacent slabs n. exc 10mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cutting the existing bituminous road / hard standing to size not exceeding 45cm wide and depth not less than 45cm for passing of UG cable through GI pipe and making good the disturbed surface filled with excavated material and top 200mm depth with plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F GI pipe light grade of 50mm dia laying in road and along with poles for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, channels, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Anti-Climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of MS Bars (round square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole including 2 coat of aluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm aggregate) as in foundation for pole/four pole structure etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm aggregate) as in coping/stay of pole etc. including form work & finishing the surfaces even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping and footing for poles etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 3 core 95 Sq mm XLPE (HT) KV cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 3 core 95 Sq mm XLPE (HT) KV cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom , burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate, charcoal & salt up to ground levl connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for danger notice board made out of MS plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white, with letter figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamp bolt and nuts of approved size for HT 25 x 20 cms size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M/L for GI strip 32 x 6mm thick as earth lead fixed on wall/ floor/trenches/pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for stay assembly comprising of 16 mm dia, 1.80 meter long galvanized stay rod, having 7/3.15 mm GI stay wire stranded and 230 mm x 230 mm x 6 mm thick stay plate ,complete all as shown on electric plate No.1 of SSR part-I 2009 with and including all necessary fittings/ accessories like loop insulators, stay clamps , Excavation & PCC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for substation yard spreading levelling with 20 mm graded coarse aggregate / gravells laid approximately 75 mm thick layers near VCB/Transformer /2/4 pole structure and plateform etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
