Supply and fixed PVC door frame of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube. Fixing in opening as per specification .

M & L for Factory Made Solid PVC Moulded Door Shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick Moulded PVC Sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing with wood free EPS .

S&F 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, clean sawn, frame rebeated on the solid , rounded or chamfered, put tegether with glue pinned at joints etc complete all as specified and as directed

S&F for mild steel work as in hold fast made in flat iron all as specified.

S&F 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick made glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze,etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass,etc, size of members of shutters as spfd in SSR Part-1, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed Note: Supply & fixing of 4 mm thick sheet glass or wire mesh be measured and paid separately.

S & F Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) of 35mm thick with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm venereed particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. rail and style are of 2nd class hardwood & The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treateds fixed to chowkhat all as specified and as directed.

M & L for powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and disposal of debris to out side MD land all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth with out using extra cement.(Internal Surfaces) complete all as specified and directed
