Design, manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of a Bio-trickling filter as the primary stage, followed by an activated carbon filter as the polishing unit. The system is designed for an airflow capacity of 3040 m³/hr and an H₂S concentration of 300 ppm at the source, with suitable fresh air dilution of 6 times as per VDI international guidelines. It aims for at least 95% H₂S removal efficiency in the primary stage and the remaining 5% in the polishing unit. The odour control system is designed to eliminate the odour emitting from (OCU 1) from collection well, receiving chamber, coarse screen (mechanical & manual), wet well, inlet chamber, mechanical fine screen chamber, and grid chamber. The vessel shall be made of chemically resistant special SG-CSM-ECR with PSR-4503 thermoplastic resin, is suitable for outdoor use. Internal ductwork transfers the toxic foul air from the source to the system inlet. The system operates in a vertical counter-flow arrangement with an inbuilt irrigation system to ensure proper water supply at the top of the biological odour control vessel. The odour control system shall be designed for both unmanned remote operation and manual operation. It includes, at a minimum, the following instrumentations and equipment including Differential pressure transmitters, Level sensors, Temperature gauges,
Extraction fans in duty and standby operation operated via Frequency drive, Circulation pump in duty operation with accessories, Spraying system with piping and valves for fresh water inlet and drain, Odor measurement equipment for Hydrogen sulphide at system inlet and outlet, PLC-based panel with HMI interface to control Instruments and drives via the PLC panel. Design, manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of a passive-type activated carbon filter. The system is designed for an airflow capacity of 350 m³/hr with a 99.9% H₂S removal efficiency. The Odour control system is designed to eliminate odours emitting from the sludge sump (OCU 2). The vessel, made of chemically resistant special SG-CSM-ECR with PSR-4503 thermoplastic resin, is suitable for outdoor use. Internal ductwork transfers the toxic foul air from the source to the system inlet.
2 Part-B: Design, manufacture, supply, delivery, and installation of self-standing type tank covers (half-barrel type without any external supports) with varying thicknesses of 6 mm designed to withstand toxic and corrosive environments, including UV resistance to cover the source tanks from the odour extraction areas with access opening, including complete cost of materials, transportation and labour charges, etc., complete at kanaganeri, 17 MLD STP and as directed by the department officers.
Part-C: Design and construction of RCC civil foundation for the odour control system with M20 grade concrete with reinforcement of 12 mm rod with PCC plastering on the top layer including complete cost of materials, transportation and labour charges, etc., complete at kanaganeri, 17 MLD STP and as directed by the department officers.
Part – D: Design, manufacture, supply, delivery, and installation of external ductwork made of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) of 75 metres length designed to transfer the foul air from each source tanks to the Odour control system with all the required accessories, PCV Pipes and fittings for fresh water and drain line, power cables between MCC to panel board of OCS including complete cost of materials, transportation and labour charges, etc., complete at kanaganeri, 17 MLD STP and as directed by the department officers.
