Excavaiton in trenches not exc 1.5 meters wide and not exc 1.5 meters deep dor pipe line in soft/loose soil, getting out and levelling of bottom surfac e to required level complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material from site to a distance not exceeding 50 meters away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

OTHER THAN COMMON ITEMS OF JOB 'A''.

Supply & Laying of 25mm GI pipe "medium grade" ISI mark including all fittings in new positions in trenches/wall/floor complete and making good the distributed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. ( NOTE: Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.)

Supply & Laying of 50mm GI pipe "medium grade" ISI mark including all fittings in new positions in trenches/wall/floor complete and making good the distributed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. ( NOTE: Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of BOQ.)

Labour for cutting welding of CI/DI/GI/MS pipein position for reducing to required length for insertion of new Tees, branches, butterfly valve ( wafer type) etc upto 450mm bore including MS Pipe and welding work complete all as specified and as directed. ( NOTE: MS pipe will be measured and paid seperately.)

Supply, fixing, jointing and testing 50mm cast iron Sluice Valve, ISI Marked, flanged ends drilled pressure rating PN-1.0, Confirming to IS 14846 -2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top connection complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & Fixing of 25mm Bronze Gate Valve (Screwed) with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, including connection complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fixing of 50mm Bronze Gate Valve (Screwed) with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed, including connection complete all as specified and directed

Supply and installation of flanged ends strainer/dirt box of 50mm bore with stainless steel mesh suitable for water meter for potable water supplies on up stream of water meter to avoid foreign material entering into meter complete all as specified and as directed. Supply, fixing, jointing and testing of Cast iron Non Return valve of 50mm sizes, without by pass arrangement , Swing type, confirming to IS 5312, flanged ends, pressure rating PN 1.0 complete including taking out unserviceable NRV complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Flanged joints complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item)

S&F of rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks of capacity 2000 ltr triple layered cylindrical vertical with closed top hoisted and fixed in position for priming of centrifugal pump set all as specified in SSR part I complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation of flanged ends Water Meter woltman type,of size 50mm including testing and making good connection with flanged ends, with gasket rubber sheet and nut & bolts etc ISI Marked fixing in horizontal/ incline/vertical position complete all as specified and as directed

Boring holes under road pavment by bocky or manually in any type of soil upto 150mm bore of required depth as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling coarse sand in bottom of recharge chamber 1.5 to 2mm size complete all as per existing site complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Stack measurement of coarse sand shall be measured and entered in MB.)

Supply & filling of pea gravels of size 3mm to 6mm around casing/ housing pipe of bore complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Stack measurement of pea gravel shall be measured and entered in MB.)

Supply and filling/topping up coarse stone boulder of size 50mm to 150mm as screening material into pit complete all as specified and direcetd. (Note :- Stack measurement of coarse stone aggregate shall be carried out at site & measured and entered in MB. Compacted thickness of stone boulders after deduction of voids shall be measured and paid.)

S&F of mild steel bars TMT bars 12mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape quired, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips deformed bars complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of for mild steel bars TMT bars 8mm to 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape quired, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips deformed bars complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of drain and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and finishing the concrete surface with out using extra cement Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in cover slab inclusive of form work and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in channel, drain finished even and smooth without using extra cement on brick work / flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation or mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering over new brick work on fair faces or other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Drilling of 250 mm (10") bore hole by rotary type method at any depth below soil/rock including disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- (i) The depth of drilling bore shall be upto water table and will be as directed by Engr-in-charge. (ii) The rates quoted in above items srl item no 1 is deemed to be inclusive of all T&P equipments and labour required for execution of this item at site including trasportation charge for the said T&P equipments and no extra cost shall be paid for the same. (iii) Location of drilling holes for rain water harvesting (RWH) pits shall be approved by Govt Agencies/Delhi MCD/Delhi Jal Board/CGWB. (iv) Approval CGWB for execution of work shall be got carried out by contractor before commencement of work in writing. Any cost incurred for approved of points where drilling carried out for RWH shall be paid by contractor and unit rate of the item shall be deemed inclusive all.

S&F of 200 mm internal dia UPVC casing pipe conforming to IS-4985-2000 in 6m length of pressure rating not less than 10Kgs/sq Cm with all necessary fittings including jointing and jointing materials complete all as specified and directed

S&F of 200 mm internal dia UPVC slotted pipe conforming to IS-4985-2000 (SCH-40) having 3mm slots 1000 numbers in 2.44 to 3.85 mtr length with male and female end with all necessary fittings including jointing and jointing materials complete all as specified and directed

M&L painting of steel surface with two coat of syenthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L SIGN board made out of 2mm thick steel sheet of size 1200mm x 900mm painted both side with two coats of syenthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide primer and writing both side ' Rain water harvestin pit No of GE (U) water supply" with white paint over approved painted back ground and 2 meter height Stainless steel pole 50mm dia embedded in and including PCC 1:2:4 block 600 X 600 X600mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.
