Providing and fixing white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required : W.C. pan with ISI marked white solid plastic seat and lid (Make: Cera/Hindware/Plumber)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete (Make : J.K./Birla/Asian), coverage of putty around 1 kg/sqm.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre (Make : J.K., Birla, Asian)

Painting one or more coats to give an even shade by premium Acrylic Emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/litre of approved make and shade over old painted surfaces at all height, level location including preparing the surface, sand papering, filling up to crevices, scaffolding, roller application etc. all as per manufacturer’s recommendation, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Painting one or more coats to give an even shade by synthetic enamel paint (as per surface requirement and direction of Engineer-in-Charge) of 1st quality and of approved make and shade/colour on old painted inside/outside surfaces on GI/CI water supply line, waste line, steel windows, wooden doors, cupboards, MS grill etc. including thorough surface preparation, thorough removal of rust, filling up of dents, cracks etc. at all height, level, location, including scaffolding etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Make: Asian, Berger, Nerolac)

Earth work in excavation by manual including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m All kinds of soil.
