Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate ) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for All CC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing etc., complete fixtures in CC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Centering with steel centering for revetment, drain and culvert upto 1.20m depth using MS sheet of size 0.90X0.60m 10 gauge thick and stiffened with MS 'L' angle wood runners of size 0.075 X 0.05 three rows with support by casurina pullys 0.075 cm at 0.45 m length including cost of nails etc., Area. 10.80 sq.mtr (upto 4 Feet)

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix (One cement three M.Sand and six aggregate) using 20mm size ISS gauge HBBG metal including mixing, laying, consolidating, curing, cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification - 1 m3 (detailed data for 10 m3 )

Wall plastering for using cement mortar 1:5 (One part of cement, five parts of sand by volume) thickness 12 mm (average) for all internal/external surfaces for drains etc., finished smoothly to one level including curing etc., complete, at all leads and at all heights.

Supply and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m high for plane surfaces such as RCC slabs in all floor with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm X 25 X 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joinsts of size 10cm X 6.50 cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supports by Causrina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm C/C etc., completed as directed. Supplying and fabricating of reinforcement steel of all diameters for reinforced cement concrete works at all heights and depths including straightening, cleaning,cutting,ending, placing in position and binding, hoisting and welding if any including cost of power, electrodes etc, cost of annealed binding wire (18 gauge), providing overlaps, tying in position and providing necessary cover blocks for all works as per detailed drawings supplied (including chairs, cranks, lap rods, spacer bars, fan hooks etc.,) with the relevant standard specifications, complete for all leads & lifts.
