Providing Power Supply arrangement at WTP for feeding Intake and WTP for Zone I and II of Jaigaon Development Area (JDA) water supply scheme in the district of Alipurduar.

PART-A

Supply, delivery and storage at site floor mounted, sheet steel enclosed , three panel, 12 KV, 800 A, 3 pole draw out type , Scada competible VCB complete with DC Power pack arrangement and all accessories as per NIT Specification.

Supply, delivery and storage at site 11/0.433KV, 3 Phase, 630 KVA , 50 Hz, Dyn 11, ONAN, Indoor type, copper wound , Transformer manufactured as per IS : 1180 Level II with OLTC having input voltage variation of +5% to -25% with all accessories in complicance with NIT specification.

Supply, delivery and storage at site sheet steel enclosed, floor mounted, 415V, Scada competible, Power Disctribution Board having 2 nos 1250 A four pole extended drawout type ACB as incomer, One 1250 A ACB as Bus coupler, 2 Nos 1000 A four pole ACB as outgoing feeders to pumping Station, 2 Nos four pole 400 A MCCB feeder to APFC panel, 6 nos four pole 100 A MCCB and 63 A four pole MCCB for feeding different units complete with all components in compliance with NIT specification.

Supply, delivery and storage at site sheet steel enclosed, floor mounted, 415V, Scada compatible, APFC Panel of capacity 220 KVAR having with all components in compliance with NIT specification.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 11KV (E) grade 3C 240sq.mm XLPE insulated Aluminium conductor Armoured cable conforming to IS:7098 Part-II from Power Supply Agency Panel Board to Incoming HT Panel and from outgoing HT Panels to Transformers.

Supply, delivery and storage at site 1.1KV grade XLPE insulated Ar. Al conductor cables of following sizes.

3.5C 400 sq.mm from Transformer outgoing ( 2 NOS) to 2 Nos 1250A Incomer ACB of PDB panel ( 3 parallel)

3.5C 300 sq.mm from PDB outgoing ( 2 NOS) at Substation to 2 Nos 1000A Incomer ACB of PDB cum MCC panel at Clear Water Pump House ( 3 parallel)

3.5C 150sq.mm from 400 A MCCB of PDB panel at Substation to 220 KVAR APFC pane ( 2 parallel)

3.5C 50sq.mm for feeding power to blower room of WaterTreatment Plant.

3.5C 25 sq.mm for feeding power to Chlorination Room with Neutralisation System.

3.5C 25 sq.mm for feeding power to Laboratory from PDB at Substation

2C, 6sq.mm for single phase AC & DC supply & instrumentation and supply at HT Panels etc.

Supply, delivery at site and storage of 1.1KV grade multicore PVC insulated 2.5sq.mm stardard copper conductor armoured control cable.

Supply, delivery and storage at site Indoor type heat shrinkable termination kit for 3 core, 240 sqmm 11KV(E) geade XLPE cable.

Supply, delivery and storage at site safety equipment like fire extinguishers, fire buckets, rubber mats, shock treatment chart and first aid box as per satisfaction of EIC as detailed in NIT Specification.

Supply, delivery and storage at site complete set of exhaust fan with motor & louver shutter, indoor and outdoor illumination accessories with LDB, switch boxes, conduits & wires in compliance with NIT specification.

PART-B

Installation of all items as mentioned in Part-A including supply of all erection materials, cable termination with supply of jointing kits, cable supports and clamps etc. including of HT & LT cables through permanent cable trench on GI Rack / Tray, earthing and lightning protection as per IE Rules to the entire satisfaction of EIC in compliance with NIT specification. (Cost includes hire charges of generator, welding set, fuels, lubricants etc. for completion of work)

Providing earthing and lightning protection for sub station installation as per IE rules and as per technical specification NIT.

Providing perforated Hot Galvanised Iron Cable tray ( Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5% for laying of HT and LT cables inside the Sub-Station on 5 " M.S. channel , base plate and MS Angle.

Providing curb angle and removable chequered plate with thickness 10 mm over the open portion of the cable trench of substation after installation of the equipment in compliance with NIT specification and as per direction of EIC with a provision of lifting lug over the MS chequered plate.

High pressure testing of the substation including relevant testing of 11KV VCB switch board, cables, earthing etc. by approved agency of Directorate of Electricity, Govt. of West Bengal as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Commissioning of the entire installation i.e. ( 2X11/0.433 KV, 630 KVA) Indoor Type Sub-Station, PDB, APFC panels with feeding power to different Work Stations by deploying Sercive Engineers for final tuning as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Operation of the entire installation in sub-station on 24 hours basis including guarding and maintenance for a period of 12 months after 3months trial run are to be provided with supply of skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled personnel including watch and word personnel from the date of commissioning. During maintenance period supply of all consumable materials, sundrys and lubricants are to be supplied. Charges of Electrical energy during maintenance period will be borne by the Department.
