Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blastering but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15 cm. Thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by the departmental officers with initial leads and lifts, etc. including levelling the sites complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling M-Sand in layers not more than 15 cm. thick well reammed, watered and compacted complete complying with M-Sandard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 ,using 40MM. gauge hand brocken granite stone jelly for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers not more than 15 cm. thick, compacting etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Brick work in Cement mortar 1:5 (One cement five M-Sand)using country bricks ground moulded of size 23x11x7 cm. For the following including curing. etc. complete complying with standard specification. For Super structure in Ground Floor and First floor and foundation.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 cm. x 60 cm. and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joist of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm dia spaced at about 90 cm. centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10 cm to 13 cm. dia spaced at 75 cm. centre to centre etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed for the following items.

Supplying fabricating and placing in position mild steel or ribbed or steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given includingcost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification (MS rods or RTS bars will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate). The binding wire shall be supplied by the Contractor.

RCC 1:1.5:3 ,using 20MM. gauge machine broken hard granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessaryand bearing surfaces of walls, sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M-Sand) 12MM thick and with Kraft paper without claiming extra etc. as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specification. The rate is including vibration charges:

Fabrication and supply of MILD STEEL DOOR of size 0.95m x 2.10m with double leaves outer frame made of 35x35x5mm equal MSL angle and shutter frame made of 25x25x5mm equal M.s. Angle for horizontal and vertical members and the shutter fram strengthended by stiffeners of 2 Nos horizantal and 3 Nos diagonal for each shutter using M.S. flat of size 20x5mm fully covered with 18 gauge plain M.S. full sheet whelded with shutter frame neatly and also fixing by welding 6 nos of hinges without frame of the door including painting the whole unit with one coat of best quality of redoxide primer.

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cm. x 20cm. x 2cm. of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M-Sand) 12mm. thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, red oxide, etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC items of works such as alsbs beams sunshade facia canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab, etc. with CEMENT MORTAR 1:3 (One cement and three M-Sand) 10MM thick including the cost of providing cement mortar beading or nosing for sunshade and staircase steps, landing slabs etc. complete complying with standard specification

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five M-Sand) 12mm. thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coat of new iron works such as steel doors windows, ventilators, window bars, Balustrades etc. with best approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat, etc. complete coimplying with standar

Earth work excavation in all clauses of soils with initial lead and lift except hard rock requiring blasting etc., complete for foundation as per SS 20B

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including all cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc., complete

Centering charges for PCC works including all cost and conveyance all materials to site etc., complete.

Cement concrete 1:3:6mix using 20 mm ISS HBG metal including all cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc., complete

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity

Providing and Laying Paver Block of 60mm thick approved design made out of 12mm and 6mm HBGS chips in M30 mix properly cured to attain the required strength, Laying and interlocking block and well compacted using 1-3 ton capacity compressor, the cost inclusive of all materials for manufacturing, interlocking block loading transportation to work site unloading and labour charges for fixing over Sand bed of 30mm thick & Joints filling using compressor of 1-3 ton capacity including hire and fuel charges for compressor and all other incidental charges etc complete.
