Removing the existing damaged Synthetic Hockey Turf including scrapping and cleaning of the existing Bituminous concrete by milling machine to correct the ground gradient as per latest FIH guidelines & removal of unserviceable materials 1KM away from the site as directed by the departmental offices. The cost including labour charges for the scrapping and conveyance charges with loading and unloading charges.cleaning the surface and stacking the materials with a lead of 1KM from the site of work etc complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means including loading in truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres all as per Morth specification 301

Preparation of sub-grade and compacting the same with 8 to 10 ton power roller after excavating earth , dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth lead up to 50Meters.

Providing granular surface to required thickness by providing close graded Material confirming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed maerial by tippers to work site for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, with material conforming to Grade-I size range 75mm to 0.075mm having CBR value-25 etc complete as per specifications and directions of the departmental Engineers in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layer with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density

Providing and applying primer coat over WMM surface using 6 kgs of bitumen emulsion for 10 sqm area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bitumen as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc. complete as per clause 502 of MOST specification

Providing and applying tack coat over PC with WMM surface treated with prime coat using 2.5 kgs of emulsion for 10 sqm area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying required quantity of bitumen as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc. complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous macadam 50mm consolidated thickness using 0.35cu.M of 37.5-13.2mm graded metal, 0.21cu.M of 13.2 to 2.36mm graded metal, 0.14Cu.M of 2.36mm and below 4% of bitumen 60/70 grades per clause 507 of MORTH specification for premixing per 10Sq.m including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site,spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 ton CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidential charges etc., Complete as per specification using CMP grades per clause 507 of MORTH specification

Providing and laying Tack coat over BT surface using 3Kg of bitumen 80/100 for 10 sq.m area including cost and conveyance of bituminous binder including labour charges for preparing the surface and applying the required quantity of bitumen as tack coat by bitumen sprayer etc., complete as per clause 503 of MORT&T specification.

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete 25mm consolidated thickness using 5.1% of bitumen 60/70 grade using 0.25cu.M of 19 -9.5mm graded metal, 0.14cu.M of 9.5 to 2.36mm graded metal, 0.14Cu.M of 2.36mm and below 28kg of bitumen 60/70 grades per clause 512 of MORTH specification for premixing per 10Sq.m including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site,spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 25mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 ton CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidential charges etc., Complete as per specification usingas per clause 512 of MORTH specification.

Supply and Laying of FIH Approved Global Category Synthetic Hockey surface cast in situ shock-pad minimum 10mm thick and laying jointing and fixing the same on existing bituminous base including all marking on the surface as per FIH rules etc.

Supply and Installation of Aluminium Goal Post made of Aluminium Rectangular pipe as per FIH specification with 30mm wooden back board for turf. Special net lock made of aluminium for easily hanging the net size of Goal post 12feetx7feet (Movable) easy moving on 2 double PU non- marking wheels to help protect floors use of high quality MRF Epoxy paint.

Supply and Installation of fully computerized automatic and single key operation Pop-up Sprinkler system specifically designed VP3 "Perrot" for Synthetic sports hockey surfaces including all fittings and accessories. The cost inlcuding supply and laying of HDPE pipe dia 160/110mm class pe100 grade 12.5Kg/cm2 necessary sprinkler connection and labour charges for supply and laying of pipe lines ect complete with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and Installation of fully computerized automatic and single key operation Pop-up Sprinkler system specifically designed VP2 "Perrot" for Synthetic sports hockey surfaces including all fittings and accessories. The cost inlcuding supply and laying of HDPE pipe dia 150/110mm class pe100 grade 12.5Kg/cm2 necessary sprinkler connection and labour charges for supply and laying of pipe lines ect complete with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and Installation of 50HP coupled pumping set with electronic controller make like Grundfos/ KSB/ Galama etc or euivalent making connections suitable for T.W/D.C.B/ Open well. The job includes screwing and welding of flanges on GI B class riser pipes, installation of complete fittings and accessories with riser pipes, jointing of electrical cable and other connections as directed by the departmental officers with standard specification.

Supply and Installation of 20HP coupled pumping set with electronic controller make like Grundfos/ KSB/ Galama etc or euivalent making connections suitable for T.W/D.C.B/ Open well. The job includes screwing and welding of flanges on GI B class riser pipes, installation of complete fittings and accessories with riser pipes, jointing of electrical cable and other connections as directed by the departmental officers with standard specification.

Supply and Installation of Players Dugout (size 24feetx8feet) 2" MS pipe for structural work, 1.5" MS pipe for support, 3 side cover up with 5mm ACE brand alu décor/ Alu bond & SS with Pine wood benches as per the prescribed standards and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and Installation of Technical Dugout of size 12feetx 8 feet, 2" MS pipe for structural work 6" base platform, 1.5" MS pipe for support 3 side cover up with 5mm ACP brand alu décor / alu bond 4mm PVC transparent sheet for back cover as per the prescribed standards and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Earth work open excavation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth with a lead of 10 mts. within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in following Cement Mortar using Fly Ash Bricks of 230 x 110 x 75mm size conforming to IS: 12894-1989 Class designation not less 50 kg./ sq.cm. average compressive strength in cement mortar 1:5 for load bearing structures for foundation and basement and for superstructure including curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifiction.-FOUNDATION & BASEMENT

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of 75MM thickness in RCC 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggregates), using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Suppling and fixing in position M.S Vertical Post of 80mm dia pipe with base plate of size 0.20x0.20mx10mm thick in correct alignment including labour charges for fixing etc., complete and as directed by the deptl. Officer.

Supplying and laying in position Paver block of Rubber moulded hydraulic pressed inter locked blocks of 83mm thick made up of designed concrete mix 1:1:2 using 10-12mm size HBG stone jelly in required shapes and sizes having minimum Compressive Strength of 40N/mm2 to be laid in flurrying bone pattern of approved quality and make over a sand cushion and laying the paver blocks in true and straight alignment with gradient and pointing neatly using quarry dust of fly ash and hire charges for vibrator machine including diesel consumption charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
