ITEM NO. 5 Providing and constructing 75 mm. thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 mm. stone metal layers 30% crusher broken metal + 70% Hand broken (by breaking rubble obtained by blasting) heating and spraying the bitumen of specified grade @ 2 Kg/sqm, spreading 12 mm.size chips compacting with three wheel static roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etc. complete. ITEM NO. 10 BITUMINOUS CONCRETE:--Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregate of grading 1, premixed with bituminous binder @5.40% by weight of total mix and filler, transported at site with VTS, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade ,level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired density for 50mm compacted thickness with drum mix plant with SCADA, Sensor paver and Vibratory roller excluding prime/Tack coat etc. complete --Bitumen of specified grade with stone dust filler. ITEM NO. 11 Construction of dry lean cement concrete Subbase over a prepared subgrade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant/ Weigh batch mixer, transported to site with all leads and lifts, laid with a paver with electronic sensor /by suitable means as approved by Engineerincharge, compacting with vibratory roller, finishing, curing and including preparation of subgrade surface if required etc. complete. ITEM NO.12 Providing and laying in-situ M40 Grade unreinforced plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate ( natural sand/ VSI grade finely washed crushed sand) conforming to IS 383, using fine and coarse aggregates combined gradation as per Table 600-3 of MORTH Specification 2013, mixed in a Tilting type Concrete Mixer as per approved mix design, admixtures, spreading, laying compacting and finished in a continuous operation without paver machine, finishing to lines and grades as directed by Engineer-in-charge and curing by curing compound /by providing cement vata in cement Mortar 1:8 @0.6m X 0.6m centre to centre, admeasuring 80 mm at bottom and 40 mm at top with depth of 75mm and maintaining the same throughout curing period by any other method approved by Engineer-in-charge.. ITEM NO.16 Providing to contraction joints polysuphide sealent (Pouring grade) confirming to BS : 5212 - 1989 into sawed groove widened at top for sealent reservoir of specified size and shape as per detailed drawing including fixing Polyethylene foam backer rod of required diameter (appraox. 25% larger than the initial 3 mm.to 4 mm. joint) overlaid with bond breaking tape as per detailed drawing. Item includes cleaning the joints with water jet / air compressor and allowing joint to become thoroughly dry before sealent is applied and applying primer. ITEM NO 20 Rapid Hardening concrete 25 MPA at 6 hrs. after laying Providing and Laying in Position Rapid Hardening Concrete, Mix of approved Brand or Equivalent to fill the potholes in the Asphalt Pavement; By preparing the surface of pavement by cutting in Geometric shape, proper cleaning using blowers and scrubbing with wire brushes to receive the mix. Mixing with mechanical mixer and laying in place, joint cutting etc. As per the relevant IS Codes/Specification, the concrete shall achieve the required Compressive Strength after 6 Hrs or as per the directions of Engineer In-charge.

ITEM NO 21 Drilling 32 mm dia hole and upto depth of 400 mm and grounting with epoxy resin of reinforcement steel of 25 mm dia of all manpower and equipments complete in all respect SSR.NO. 19.25 / 149

ITEM NO 22 Drilling with core cutting machine in RCC slabs, walls etc.wherever required in buildings, manholes,ducts, water tanks, pits etc. for laying pipes,sleeves and making good the same to give an even finish. The rate shall include the cost of drilling core, providing EPOXY based water proofing compound for sealing the joints around the pipes, nominal reinforcementwhereverrequired,scaffolding and labour charges for working at all levels ,leads and heights .
