M&L for chipping out spilled and loose concrete cover and derusting steel reinforement of concrete column, beam, slab, chajjas, parapets and the like as directed upto 25 to 35mm thick roughening and cleaning concrete surface with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry including derusting steel wire reinforecement, providing fabric MS wire mesh 75 x 75 x 2mm as reinforcement to concrete surface applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25mm average thickness guiniting mix using one part of OPC 53 grade and two part of gaggar sand mixed with adhesive/admixture @ pressure of 2.5 to 3.00kg/Sqcm by guiniting machine and surface finished even and fair including necessary padding, shuttering/scaffolding, formwork (guniting work to be carried out upto 10 metre height) complete as directed at site Note :- (a) After placing the additional reinforecement all concrete surfaces shall be throughly scrubbed with wire brushes, washed with water and allow to dry, apply chemistic polycretes admixture @ 2.25 kg by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instruction. (b) when polymix concreting in taking condition,guiniting is done with polycrete admixture @ 2% by weight of cement all as per manufacturers instructions (polycrete admixture shall be procured from chemical adhesive Pvt Ltd Co or their authorised dealer). (c) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account. M&L for preparation of old/new decoreated external wall surface by mechanised sander with Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible, again sand papering thus making surface smooth and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge . Note :- The prepration of surfaces stage shall be got approved from GE before applying the finishes. Note rate quoted up to G+8 bldg including scaffolding

Complete removal exising teratment from old surface of wall by scrubbing with hard brushing, brooming down or steel wire brushing scraping down smook soot mould moss and efforescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots as applicable and washing with water & applying two coat of oil bond distemper over one coat of putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of wood based surfaces of any description over 10 Cm width or girth by applying sand paper etc.for proper preparation and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint to give an even and smooth surface having no sign of brush marks complete all as specified and directed. The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25 ml glyphosphate (4% conc) diluted with 1 ltr of water. The size of block shall be of 2 Qtrs on each floor and vary in number of floors. Taking down chowkhat or frame exceeding 1.5 Sqm each and not exceeding 4 Sqm each sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified.

M&L for Plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames made of 2nd class hard wood (sal), wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints, supplied and fixed,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skelton door shutter, factory made, open rebated and prepared to receive glass/guage etc. (without sash bar) edge of frames plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut & mitred beads for securing glass/guage etc size of member as specified in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 20(a) and fixed to chowkat, complete all as specified.

M&L providing and applying Smartcare Dampproof, a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with reinforcing acrylic fibers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on horizontal/vertical surfaces of roof/wall/chajas in multiple coats @2.0 litre/sqm. Primary [coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1, damp proof : water) and other coats to be applied undiluted. The coating needs to be reinforced with 40 GSM geotextile, to sandwiched between 2nd & 3rd coat of coating. The application shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The luminaire is IP:66 protected with IK05 impact resistance. Supply and fix in repair MCCB 125 Amps, FP 415 volts 25 KA 50 HZ with thermal magnetic setting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F Fresh in replacement air fan motor of capacity 1/6 HP 230 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply suitable for 250/200 mm size Fresh air fan as per sample complete all as spd and directed.

M&L in replacement sheet metal enclosure, single pole and neutral with a two pin and earth plug and socket 240 Volts grade 20Amps complete with one single pole MCB 'C' series 10/20 A capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.
