Excavation in earth work in foundation and trenches etcetera in all kind and classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work and hard blasting work and saturated soil any other mixed verity of soil in dry or saturated condition upto any depth and lift upto any height including chiseling/wedging out rocks where blasting prohibited dewatering pumping or bailing out water where required and/ removal of slush seprately as directed which may arise during the execution including stacking the serviceable and unserviceable material and then returning stacked soil in any thickness of layers when required into plinth side of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering then disposing of all surplus unserviceable excavated earth as specified dumping place as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8(one cement: four sand: eight graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty miillmeter) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth level as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement:three sand: six graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth level as per CPWD specification 2019 complete and the direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying ( to level or slope) 900mm dia (nine hundred millimetre ) diametre reinforced cement concrete heavy duty non pressure pipes IS Class NP-2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1 : 2 ( One cement : two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and CPWD specification 2019 and as per direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rate includes octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Back filling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer in charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/ stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred millimeters) dia PVC pipe OF MAKE D-PLAST/POLY.having pressure of 4.5 kg per square meter extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) (one vertical : twenty horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 (M-twenty five) grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix with minimum cement contents not less than 400 kgs.(four hundred kilogram) per cubic metre, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability in all work above plinth level upto all floor level as per CPWD specification 2019 complete and the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing steel reinforcement and Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more approved make i.e. SAIL, RINL,Shyam Steel/TISCO, Jindal Panther (JSPL) for reinforced cement concrete work including bending cutting straightning and placing in position binding all complete upto any floor level/height as per CPWD specification 2019 complete and the direction by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.
