Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement is to four sand is to eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimeter) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per the drawing and PWD technical specification complete with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth as per the drawing and PWD technical specification complete including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement is to six sand is to twelve graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) at plinth level in Cement Mortar 1:6 (one cement is to six sand) with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. Providing and laying precast cement concrete solid block masonary with cement concrete blocks of size 40cmx19cmx20cm (forty centimetre into ninteen centimetre into twenty centimetre) including quion blocks jamb blocks and closers etcetra made of cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement is to three sand is to six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size laid with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement is to six sand) including curing complete in foudation and plinth with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. Provding and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated upto any floor level reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement is to two sand is to four graded crushed stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) to give smooth and even surface including centering and shuttering etcetera. but excluding cost of reinforcement in string courses,copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sill etcetera. exceeding 15 cm (fifteen centimetre) in girth upto floor all level with in all leads and lifts and as per drawing, desgine and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. 20 mm (twenty millimeters)Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick / concrete / stone walls for interior plastering upto floor all level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm (eighty millimeters) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framed work,including cutting ,hoisting ,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In gartings framed guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar works with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give and even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces under coat with ready mixed paint brusing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt,dust and other foreign matter With white readymixed paint with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.
