Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pandents, regulators, sockets etc. to be measured separetaly) removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/out let boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators etc. for reuse at site or carrying to the store. (Note: if it is serviceable then measured)

M & L Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheatheed single core multi stranded copper conductor ISI marked 1100 volts grade drawn in conduits & accessories on walls/roofs ceiling including replacement of 3mm thick laminated sheet cover with MS box for fixing of switches/sockets etc including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuity and connecting to commom earth dolly complete all as specified and directed :-

(a) One light point controlled by one switch.

(b) One ceiling/Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch and regulator.

(c ) One 3 pin 5 amps switch sockets controlled by one switch piano type SP 5 Amps on a board independent type from switches.

(d) One 5 Amps switch socket outlet on the same board with other switches.

(e) One light point controlled by two switch piano two way

(f) One call bell point controlled by push buttom switch

All as per item Ser No 3 above but 2.5 sqmm cable for 3 pin 15 amps switch socket.

Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed single core multi stranded Copper conductor 1100 Volts grade confirming to IS 694 drawn in and including PVC casing and caping and accessories on wall/ceiling & terminating in MS box with 3mm thick laminated sheet including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable in green colour for earth continuity connecting to earth dolly for the following :-

(a) One light point controlled by one switch

(b) One ceiling/Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch and regulator.

(c) One Call bell point controlled by one switch

(d ) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 amps independent type

(d ) One 3 pin socket outlet 5 amps on a same board with other switches
