Minor Wk Job No 03/Minor Wk/Manasbal/2020-21, 04/Minor Wk/Manasbal/2020-21, W/MW-04/2020-21 (H/Chinar) & W/MW-05/2020-21 (H/Chinar). The details of minor work are as under:- (a) Supply and fix steel water tubing med grade ISI marked of size 15mm dia with all fittings and fixed with suitable GI clamps complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as directed. (Make : Jindal/Surya Prakash/ TATA) - RM 114.00 (b) M&L for cutting existing steel tubing for alterations or additions (Each cut measured) for 20 mm dia steel tubing complete - Each 18.00 (c) Supply and fix gun-metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends Class-I as per IS – 778 for iron pipe and fixed of size 20 mm dia complete ( Make : Zoloto/Neta/Leader) - Each 18.00 (d) Supply and Fix single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of 16/20 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Make : L & T/ABB/Anchor) - Each 15.00 (e) M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC insulated FRLSH cable unsheathed 1100V grade multistranded copper conductor cable 4 Sqmm size incl suitable size drawn through and incl PVC casing capping fixed in wall surface type incl one run 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLSH cable unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge - RM 183.00 (f) M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC insulated FRLSH cable unsheathed 1100V grade multistranded copper conductor cable 6.0 Sqmm size incl suitable size drawn through and incl PVC casing capping fixed in wall surface type incl one run 6.0 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLSH cable unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge - RM 38.00 (g) Fixing only of elect water heater of capacity 25-50 ltrs capacity (Water heater will be issued by the department as Sch B free for fixing only) by drilling and providing GI anchor bolt in the existing walls incl necessary connection to water inlet & outlet pipe by using steel re-inforced PVC Flexible pie of 600 mm long incl making good the disturbed the surface areas all as specified. – Each 13.00 (h) Fixing only of elect water heater of capacity 100 ltrs capacity (Water heater will be issued by the department as Sch B free for fixing only) by drilling and providing GI anchor bolt in the existing walls incl necessary connection to water inlet & outlet pipe by using steel re-inforced PVC Flexible pie of 600 mm long incl making good the disturbed the surface areas all as specified. – Each 02.00 (j) M&L for point wiring complete using PVC insulated FRLSH, multistranded, unsheathed, copper conductor cable size (4 Sq mm for phase and neutral and 4.0 Sq mm for earthing) drawn through and incl PVC casing capping for fixing on wall/ceiling complete all as directed. Points - 04 (k) Supply & Fixing PVC connection for 15 mm dia for geyser connection size 450 / 600 mm long. Both inlet and outlet (hot and cold water) - Set 08.00 (l) Supply & Fixing Stop valves/bib cock, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed for 15mm dia of pipe ( ESS ESS/Leader/Jindal) – Each – 14 (m) M&L Pipes galvanized, "Medium class", supplied and laid complete including fittings 20 mm dia Make : Jindal / Tata. – RM - 30 (n) Material & Labour for lagging of pipes used in water supply or plumbing all round with, 25mm thick bonded mineral wool pre-formed 'SNAP ON' pipe section of density 144 Kg/cum conforming to IS 9842 on following pipe of internal dia 15mm bore. RM - 40.00 (o) S & F MCB DB SPN 4 way DB 230 V with 200 A rated bus bar double door type modular type complete all as specified and as directed. – Each – 01 (p) S & F MCB SPN 06 -32 amps 230 volts C curve, 50 HZ AC 10 KA – Each – 01 (q) S & F MCB SP 06 to 32 amps 230 volts C curve, 50 HZ AC 10 KA – Each – 02
