Plain Cement Concrete of mix 1 : 4 : 8 (One Cement four sand eight aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including formwork and centering labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting, forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and Filling of U/S Gravel from approved quarry in Layer of not more than 15cm thick including watering with all layers and consolidation complying with standard specification including cost and conveyance of material to site and all labour charges and all other incidential charges etc., complete as per Standard Specification.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position mild steel of ribbed for steel bars for all R.C.C. works including bending, cranking binding etc., including cost of binding wire M.S. chairs laps to fix the reinforcement in all position all lasour and materials etc. Complete complying with standard Specification.

R.C.C. 1 : 11/2 : 3 (One Cement one point five sand three aggregates) using 20mm gauge hard Granite broken stone jelly including cost curing, etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by Engineer incharge.

Special Ceiling Plastering in C.M. 1 : 3 (One Cement, Three Sand) to 10 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement which will be purchared locally by the contractor and conveyance of the same to the actual work site and cost form work including watering curing and all leads of good potable water and all other.

Plastering in C.M. 1 : 5 to (One Cement, Five Sand) 12 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement which will be purchared locally by the contractor and conveyance of the same to the actual work site and cost form work including watering curing and all leads of good potable water and all other.

Supply and fixing in position of R.C.C.Jali ( Made of RCC 1 : 11/2 : 3 (One Cement one point five sand three aggregates) using 20mm gauge hard Granite broken stone jelly) 50mmtk including errecting centering for Sides and Soffits and conveyance of all material to site and all other labour charges for fixing etc., Complete.

Dadooing sides of walls with Glazed design tiles of size 300 x 450 x 8mm set in Cement Mortar 1:2 ( One cement, two sand) 10mm thick and pointed with the same colour cement including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges complete as per standard specification.

Finishing the floor with Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm of approved quality as Instructed by the Engineer incharge and set in Cement mortor 1:3 (1 of cement 3 of sand) 20mm thick using river sand including all cost of labour and all cost of materials etc Complete complying with standard Specifications.

Weathering Course with broken brick jelly 20mm size pure slacked lime over R.C.C. roof slab the preparation of 32:12.5 for required depth and slope etc. complete.

Finishing with top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cmx20cmx2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing

Supplying and Painting the walls with Two Coats Colour Cement Paint over one coat of cement primer as instructed by the departmrntal officers including Preparation of surface curing, etc complete in all floorscomplying with standard specification. ( The Colour and shade of the paint shall be got approved by the departmental officers.)
