M&L for exterior grade outdoor coloured floor tiles (heavy duty) of tactile series of size 300x300x10mm of Make Johnson endura or equivalent make approved by GE laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and jointed in cement mortar to match the colour of floor complete all as specified and directed including dismantling of existing tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30 cmx30cmx20 mm thick with coloured cement and pigment , set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 as in floors including dismantling of existing tiles complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Screed bed will not be measured and paid separately)

M & L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63mm, of broken bricks, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes 150mm dia for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for all forming branch channel (1/2) round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching, complete all as specified and directed.

S &F in repair for 110mm bore (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors/fix to wall including taking down of existing unservicebale pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair brass CP wall mixer (3 in 1) with hand shower complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for auto censor swan neck pillar tap with complete accessories and electrical fittings including removal of existing unservicable tap and fix new censor tap including intallation of new electric point as requrired and making good the wall tiles, replacement of GI pipe as required complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) of 10 mm dia of sank withhexagonal or squre head at one end & screw the other or screwed both end (as directed)each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut n exc 5 cm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing of any shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair for Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc including dismantling of old wire complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling of roof sheet (any descriptions) including ridges in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated/plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
