Sch 'A' Part - XII : Fittings / Fixtures & Misc items. INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Supply and fix 15mm dia angle valves (Two way) (surface/concealed), cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated screwed down, high pressure,with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix chromium plated CP health faucet with 1 mtr CP tubing covered by CP coated rings complete all as specified and as directed.

ATHLETIC TRACK Supply and fix Stainless steel (grade 304) pipe hand railing including buffering of approved pattern/design all as specified and directed.

Labour only (Except Material) for laying red bajri /moorum 150 mm compacted thick in two layers, (each layer consiting of 75 mm compacted thickness), Moorum/Red bajri obtained from excavation under schedule 'A' part IV shall be spread rolled rolled using with Power Roller exceeding 8 tonne & not exceeding 12 tonne and consolidated to gradient and camber required (adding 20% of sand with 80 % of Red Bajri/Moorum. Supply only sand shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply only Sand for mixing with Red bajiri/Moorum (Sand = 20% of total volume of item No. 15 above)

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix LED lights fitting 1x 20 W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver holder including tubelight connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED light fitting mirror type 2 feet, 10 watt 220 V AC Surface and wall mounted LED batten with Aluminium housing provided for efficient heat dissipation with polycarbonate diffuser & integrated electronic driver connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix heavy duty Industrial type exhaust fan of size 300 mm sweep Turbo SP, blades, frame with louvers 1400 RPM including grouting the nuts & bolts of suitable size for mounting the exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix LED light fitting 600mm x 600mm 36watt, 220V AC recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holder & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cases of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for GI Bracket bend to shape in cold or hot 40mm bore medium grade and 1.50 M long with suitable MS clamps and nuts bolts etc, to fixing security light fittings to Bldgs complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mmX600mmX6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead wire 4.0mmdia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer of GI steel and connecting to testing point including provision of test point and all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt I. The work shall inclusive of necessary earth work and PCC chamber 1:3:6 in type CI with 8mm CTD bar reinforcement both ways at 140 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fix New generation energy saving & environmental friendly, long life, pressure die-cast aluminium housing LED flood light 200 watt 230 V AC with PC diffuser lens enclosure over LED for glare free light outdoor type with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix cable junction box IP 66/69 "weather proof" for out door type box size 155x210x92mm for entry cable 10-16 Sqmm (Hensel cat part no KF 1616G or equivalent approved) with terminals for fixing of 10 Amp MCB single pole including necessary clamps, nut and bolts for fixing on pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in -Charge.

Supply and fix synthetic threaded cable gland IP 68 with lamellar technology with synthetic short entry thread metric (with one piece sealing ring) size M 32X1.5 Sealing range 17.0-25.0 Hensel cart part no RAL 9005(black) 1545.32.25 or equivalent approved complete all as directed.

Returning and filling of trenches in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30cm (8cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Material and labour for sub main wiring two run of 2.5 Sqmm Single Core PVC insulated FRLS Unsheathed Cable Single Core Multistranded Copper Conductor 1100 Volts Grade drawn through 25mm dia PVC conduit and conduit accessories concealed on floor/wall/surface on pole with suitable clamps/saddles including one run of 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper cable for continuous earth conductor connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Two runs of cable one run of earth continuity and one run of conduit shall be measured as one length.

Material and labour for sub main wiring complete with two runs of 4.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable with one run of 4.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, drawn through and including 25 mm dia rigid nonmetallic PVC conduit and conduit accessories (Concealed in walls / roofs) all as specified and as directed. Note :- Two runs of 4 sqmm cable and one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC Conduit shall be measured as one unit length / running meter.

Supply and install testing and commissioning of LT Panel board of suitable size of 3 Phase 415 volt both side opening double door with push type metal lock heavy duty wide hinges separate common across cable alley made out of 3 mm CRCA sheet with angle iron frame of size (50x50x6mm) and MC channel of size (75mmx40mm) for panel base outdoor type free standing cubical type totally enclosed weather dust and vermin proof with front and rear opening with locking arrangement of 440 volts 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz having aluminium bus bar capacity 100 Amps with IP 54 protection with Aluminium bus bar RYB duly insulated complete including internal wiring with copper conductor,prov of suitable cable glands including two coats of primer and one coat of spray painting including connecting all incoming and outgoing cable feeder with necessary lugs ferrules etc.including PCC foundation support well finishing with cement motor comprising of the following switch gear and accessories are as under complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in - Charge. Incoming:- MCCB, 4 pole, 415 V, adjustable type, 63 Amps, with breaking capacity, 16 KA -01 Nos Outgoing:- MCB TPN 4 pole , 415 V, 32Amps - 03 Nos, Complete panel wiring including Combined Digital Voltmeter/Amps meter /Frequency meter, set of LED Indicator Lamp with toggle switch RYB-01 set

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600mmx600mmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit less than 2.25 metre deep from ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth strip of size 25 X 4mm and duly protected with medium grade 15mm dia GI pipe connected by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washer of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I connected to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion including necessary earth works and earth pit cover duly marked test results and date of testing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

WATER SUPPLY FOR ARBORICULTURE (E/M) Supply, fix and commissioning of PVC pipe confirming to IS:4985:2000 and suitable for the respective working pressure with all fittings and accessories e.g coupling, tees bends, reducer, screwed adapter, flanged tail pieces etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 3 Phase end suction open well submersible 15 HP pump, Head 50 to 60 Mtr and 5.5 to 6 Lps discharge including c/w Auto start control panel Containing single phase Preventer And Phase failure Unit with voltmeter under volt and over Preventer, relay 24 AC pla relay with necessary GI fittings, Necessary valve, cable 4 Sqmm 3 cable etc 380-415v complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix single phase end suction open well submersible 3 HP Pump 20 to 25 Mtr Head and discharge capacity 3 to 4 Lps with DOL 1No containing with necessary GI fittings, Necessary Valve, cable etc (for Quick coupling Valve for hose watering) complete all as specified and as directed.

Installation of system commissioning and handing over, including training for maintenance team one week after commissioning of the system and including supervision complete all as directed. Note: The testing of following items to be carried out: (i) Mainline and lateral lines with fittings and accessories (ii) Sprinklers, fittings and accessories (iii) Irrigation automation componenets (iv) Irrigation pumpset with panel and accessories

Supply install and testing Submersible pump, electric driven 415 V, 3 Phase suitable for open well capacity 5 HP pump set 20 to 25 Mtr Head and discharge capacity 3 to 4 Lps including nuts, bolts inclusive of 40 metre long submersible cable and suitable starter all as specified and as directed.

Construction of valve pit with bricks full brick thick of the 0.9x0.9x0.9 mtr size on 100 mm thick PCC foundation in cement concrete 1:3:6 over 75 mm thick hard core, including 15 mm thick CM (1:4) both internally and externally plastering and 3.0mm thick MS sheet cover and angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm with locking arrangement including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including angle iron frame necessary excavation and earth work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

ARBORICULTURE Material and labour for developing Lawn including necessary earth work, excavation to a depth of 30 Cm in any type of soil, removal of all construction debris, weeds, leveling and applying of soil pesticides manure, transplanting of normal type Indian/Australian/Korean/Bermuda Grass carpet, routing including one year maintenance etc complete all as specified and as directed.
