Dismantling Stone slabs in roofs, suspended floors, chajjas, landings, etc., any thickness, jointed in any mortar including cleaning of Mud in roofs, any thickness and demolition of existing PCC & plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part there of including removing the demolished material 100 m away from site and disposal in low lying area complete all as specified.

M&L for the surfaces prepration which are to receive the coating or treatment must be free from oil, laitance, grease, wax, dirt or any other form of foreign material adhering on it before the waterproofing job started. Dust free the surface, including removing of existing treatment/ old felt/ loose plaster/ concrete etc. and repair with polymer mortar by adding bonding agent (SBR). Repairing of slab, parapet wall junction, cracks and other large blowholes by open in "V" shapes & filling by polymer mortar or putty followed by fiber mesh tape with SBR in conjunction with cement complete all as specified. Spread glass fibre mesh reinforcement of 1mm thickness with overlap of 50mm in both direction when the surface is still tacky . After the drying of 1st coat completly apply the 2nd coat(Top Coat consumption @ .75 kg/Sqm) with undiluted polyurethane based water proofing liquid in a direction parpendicular to previous coat.The min. thickness of dry film of complete application should not be less than the as recommanded by manufacture. The overall dry thickness should not be in any case less than 1.0mm complete all as specified. Note :- Cleaning by chiseling all dirt, bushes etc around the opening of Rain water pipes inlets/Khurras and applying one additional coat of polyurethane based liquid applied membrane on it.

Demolitiion of brick work/stone boulder masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions arches,pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings,dressed stone work and precast concrete but exceeding ashlar facingdressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.
