Demolition of exisiting concrete supporting block of pumps and motor excedding 15cm of thickness above and below ground level complete all as specfied and as directed by Enginner-in-charge.

Material and labour cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in support of Base frame with MS bolts placed in concrete and hardstanding finishing even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specfied and as directed by Enginner-in-charge. Note: Location of bolts and size of bolts should match the previous one.

M& L for Disconnecting centrifugal pump from motor, suction and delivery pipe line of any Make, model and taking down packing for removing and insertion of new shaft sleeves or remove Bearing using bearing puller gear and fix new bearings and greasing all parts, coupling pump to motor and check for proper shaft alignments such that no vibration produce during opertion of following capacity pumps, complete all as specfied and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Pump coupled with 200 HP motor (Bearing Size NU311-EP & 6311-ZZ) Make:SFC/NBC/SKF or equivalent as approved by GE.

Pump coupled with 75 HP motor (Bearing Size 6309-ZZ & 3309) Make:SFC/NBC/SKF or equivalent as approved by GE.

Pump coupled with 60 HP motor (Bearing Size 6308 ZZ & 3308) Make:SFC/NBC/SKF or equivalent as approved by GE.

Pump coupled with 40 HP motor (Bearing Size 6307 ZZ & 3307) Make:SFC/NBC/SKF or equivalent as approved by GE.

Material and labour for disconnecting motor from pump of any Make, model and remove Bearing using bearing puller gear and fix new bearings at DE /NDE including necessary greasing ,check for proper shaft alignments such that no vibration produce during opertion of following capacity Motors complete all as specfied and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for disconnecting motor power cables of various sizes from electrical motor of different capacities and decoupling from the pump sets,removing and taking down carefully and transporting to authorised workshop ,Dismantaling stator and rotor carefully and rewinding stator assembly with supper enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge matching to existing gauge and cleaning of slots ,core with carbon tetra chloride solution and apply two coats of insulation varnish and keep stator assembly in heating chamber to improve insulation strength ,reassemble motor completey and transporation to site ,coupling pump to motor and check for proper shaft alignments such that no vibratiobn produce during opertioncoupling to pump with exact allinment ,connect power cables to motor and testing of following capacity motor complete all as specfied and as directed by Enginner-in-charge.
