Sch 'A' Sec-VI (Miscellaneous Items)Note : This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col. 5 siginifies this fact only.

Material and labour for cable path indicator made out from cast iron and fixed on MS angle iron including PCC (1;3;6) 20 mm graded stone aggregate (size of PCC Block (0.3 m x 0.3 m x 0.3 m) buried in ground and path indicator top visible above ground duly marked “HT Cable & straight through joint kit 11KV” and painted with blue paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of existing road not exc 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide including black top sub base and WBM, well ramming in layers with watering after laying of RCC /GI pipe under road making good in all respect to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying & fixing of high mast light fixture 1x 120 W LED Flood light fitting suitable for highmast lighting with in built electronic driver with surge protection upto 4 KV, high grade extruded aluminium housing (IP66) with high grade corrosion resistence powder coating for excellent durability, high efficiency lense for excellent light distribution and its wiring with 2x2.5 sq. mm PVC insulated copper wire and 14 gauge bare copper earth wire from junction box complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Havells, Model-JETAPROPLUSFL120ELED757LTG or equivalent model of make list as given in Appendix 'B'.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of cubical type LT panel board outdoor type manufactured by a CPRI approved factory, made of MS angle iron 50 mm x 50mm x 6 mm frame work and CRCA steel sheet of 3.15mm thick, legs 0.6m long, totally enclosed dust & vermin proof (IP-65), double leaf door shutter in front side and single leaf shutter in rear side with necessary locking arrangement in both front and rear door and with four side projected slanting roof, duly powder coated of approved shade both internally and externally including mounting on PCC platform made out of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 150 mm (100mm below & 50mm above GL) thick all round the panel board and necessary earth work. Entire enclosure shall have a common copper earth bar of size 25mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos earth studs. Supply & fixing for exhaust fan 300mm sweep, AC single phase 230V with bird guard including self closing louvers of suitable size, complete with nuts, screws, bolts of specified sizes including electrical connection with twisted three core PVC insulated unsheathed flexible cord of size 0.75sqmm copper conductor from celing rose to exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed. Supply & fixing for energy saving ultra slim LED lighting fixture with extruded aluminium body surface mounting luminaire suitable for and including 1 x 20 watt LED lamp 230 Volts (system efficacy minimum 100 lumens/watt) including electronic driver, lamp holder etc all electrical accessories pre-wired upto terminal block including electrically connecting with twisted three core PVC insulated unsheathed flexible cord of 0.75 sqmm copper conductor from ceiling rose complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing LED luminaire fitting 20 watt with LED lamp (system efficacy minimum 100 lumens/watt) for building security lighting purpose with pressure die cast aluminium housing with epoxy powder coated with IP65, internally prewired and including connecting with twin core twisting flexible cord of 0.75 Sqmm copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to light fitting including all other necessary fixing accessories such as clamps, nut/bolts and GI pipe light grade of 32 mm dia (or suitable dia as per manufacturer requirment) & suitable length for fixing the fitting with wall of the building complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type VCB panel boards (With 02 incomer + 01 Bus Coupler + 03 Outgoings) motorised as well as manually charged fully interlocked, horizontal draw-out type with ingress protection rating IP4X, floor mounted, 11 KV, 3 Ph, 50 Hz AC supply system, indoor metal clad type, factory built fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel and extensible on either sides, free standing, powder coated finished, floor mounted type with track mounted VCB vertical isolation, Aluminium busbar capacity not less than 800 Amps, prewired for controller & acessories using copper conductor, provn for cable entry/outgoing system complete and comprising of the followings:- (i) HT Vacuum Cicuit Breaker switch gear of working voltage 11KV, Current rating 800 Amps, 3 Phase, 50 Hz Ac supply, breaking capacity 25 KA for 3 seconds at rated voltage making capacity 65.75 kA at rated voltage, impulse withstand voltage 75KVp, Min. power frequency withstand voltage 28 kV, closing & shunt trip coils suitable for 110V DC, etc from power pack of suitable capacity. ERRECTION PART :- Construction of shallow foundation with M20 grade concrete including necessary earthwork, for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour.
