Almirah small steel 1mm thick MS sheet shall be used to manufacture Almirah except legs. Two Legs shall be provided to almirah as shown on drawing and shall be of 1.25 mm thick MS sheet. Cromium plated stainless steel godrej type handle100mm long shall be fixed on shutters, Almirah shall be fitted with ISI marked 75mm 6 lever lock with three way locking system Make of lock Harrison or Link or Godrej. Front shutters shall have two leaves of equal size. Almirah shall be finished with two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto obtaining glossy finishing over a coat of redoxide primer with sray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper. shade of TA gray colour or as approved GE both internaly and externaly. Rest all as specified or shown in drawing and directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

Bed hard All Steel member shall be 18 Gauge MS pipe. The frame of head board and foot board shall be of 38mm MS square pipe.18mm MS square pipe shall be provided in the inner of head/foot board frame as shown in drg. 18mm thick both side prelaminated MDF board of walnut shade with 4mm thick teakwood beading shall be screwed to MS strip arc welded with 18mm thick square pipe with standard workmanship both in head and foot board. One stiffener of size 25mmx25mm shall be welded between the two legs of head board over 150mm from the ground level. The top of bed hard shall be of 12mm thick BWR grade plywood of approved make fixed over the four equidistant stiffener of size 25mmx25mm SQ MS pipe in line with bottom of 25x65mm long rail section. PVC shoes shall be provided to legs of bed. All steel members shall be finshed with two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto obtaining glossy finishing over a coat of redoxide primer with sray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper in black colour. Rest all as per drawing. Make of ply Century or Green Ply or Archidply.

Chair dining JCOs and ORs All wood shall seasoned first class teak wood free from knots and defects.Hard Nylon buffers shall be fixed at the bottom of legs with brass screws. Readymade PVC seat 4 mm thick with holes shall be screwed with rails after providing one additional support of 25 x 25 mm Stiffner between and parallel to front and back rail rest on side rail. All wooden surface shall be french polished with glossy finish shade as approved by GE. Rest all as specified or shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Chair Easy All wood shall seasoned first class teak wood free from knots and defects.Hard Nylon buffers shall be fixed at the bottom of legs with brass screws. Canning of chairs by true Godrej pattern with plastic cane 2mm to 2.5mm wide,white colour quality as approved by GE all as specified and as shown on drgs.All wooden surface shall be french polished with glossy finish shade as approved by GE.Rest all as specified or shown in drawing and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Chair school with Hand board The frame shall be 25mm dia MS conduit of wall thickness of 1.6mm made to shape as shown on drg. The PVC seat and back rest shall be made of one piece screwed with the frame. Handboard shall be 18mm thick pre-laminated MDF board shade as approved by GE or Engineer-in-charge.All steel surfaces shall be finished with (white colour) two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto obtaining glossy finishing over a coat of redoxide primer with sray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper. Rest all as specified or shown in drawing and directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

Chair Verandah The legs on both sides of chair shall be of 19mm dia mild steel conduit of wall thickness as 1.6mm made to shape as shown on drg.The seat and back rest shall be made of one piece. PVC seat & back of 4mm thick with weight not less than 1.85 Kg and grooves 90x10mm 10 Nos shall be fixed instead of canning/newar after providing one additional Stiffner between and parallel to front and back rail,rest on side rail. PVC/Hard rubber shoes shall be provided to the bottom of all legs. All steel surfaces shall be finished with (white colour) two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto obtaining glossy finishing over a coat of redoxide primer with sray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper. Rest all as specified or shown in drawing and directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

Chair writing The frame of the chair shall be of 16 gauge 25mm dia MS tubular frame powder coated. Back shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort. 12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lippling alround shall be provided at seat and back. Arm rest shall be of black integral skin poly urethane with shore A hardness and reinforced with MS insert. It shall be scratch and wheather resistant. Both hand rest section shall have inner and outer dia of 210mm and 230mm respectively and have slope towards front. Rest all as specified or shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Charpoy Folding with hard top 25 mm dia 2mm thick MS conduit pipe shall be used for frame work. Top shall be 9mm thick BWR grade plywood. Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

Charpoy with hard top Long and short rails of bed shall be 65 x 25 mm 16 gauge rectangle MS pipe.Stifners shall be 25 mm 16 gauge square MS pipe. Legs shall be 32 mm 16 gauge square MS pipe and welded properly at joints to make the charpoy. 25 x 60 x 6 mm cleats be welded with short rails inner side to support the plywood. 12 mm thick ply wood BWR type unpolished shall be provided to the top of charpoy screwed with cleat and stiffners by nut & washers. All steel members shall be finshed with two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto obtaining glossy finishing over a coat of redoxide primer with sray gun after properly smoothening the surface with sand paper in black colour. Rest all as specified/ shown in drawing and directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

Peg table All wood shall seasoned first class teak wood free from knots and defects. Hard Nylon buffers shall be fixed at the bottom of legs with brass screws. H Type leg stiffeners shall be provided for better support. Top shall be 18 mm thick exterior grade MDF board one side laminated in light Wallnut shade or as approved by GE, duly covered with 4 mm thick teak wood beading in matching shade with synthetic adhesive Fevicol SH. All wood surfaces shall be french polished with high glossy finish. Rest all as specified or shown in drawing and directed by Enginer-in-Charge.
