COMPREHENSIVE AND ROUTINE MAINT/REPAIR IN KARNAIL VIHAR, JAGDISH VIHAR, KANSRAJ VIHAR AND SOMNATH LINE UNDER GE(WEST)PATHANKOT

Sch 'A' Part-I B/R work:- Demolition of brick work , built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc including demolition of precast rcc articles and disposal of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete or lime concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and Pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level ) and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and paving 75mm thick laid in slope finished even and fair including making joints at every 2.5 m and at corner filled with bitumen 85/25 and sand in ratio 1:2 by weight and complete all as specified.

M&L for 25mm thick Cement concrete in sub base for receiving floor tiles and mass concrete using Type B-1,1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Finishing surfaces of concrete to be even and rough to receive the topping layer or floor tiles etc

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 20mm thick granite (pure black) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs pillars, window cills ,cooking platform and like including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match with shade or granite over including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The stone slab shall be in one piece over kitchen plateform,window cill and making gas pipe holes 25mm dia with rounded holes and all open edges to be half rounded.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface such as dado etc 450mmX 300mmX 7 to 8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including 10mm thick rough cement plaster to receive tiles in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE and Rates also including in this item for necessary raking circular cutting or notching and waste on tiles.
