Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Rate included for necessary scaffolding and arrangments for working upto 15m height and working on any type of roof like AC sheet, Galvalume sheet with necessary safety measures and labour wastage due to working restrictions in hospital areas)

M & L for Providing and applying minimum 1mm thick wall care putty over prepared surface to achive the surface even and smooth for painting. (Note:- Rate included for necessary scaffolding and arrangments for working upto 15m height and working on any type of roof like AC sheet, Galvalume sheet with necessary safety measures and labour wastage due to working restrictions in hospital areas)

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm (Note- (i) Primer and emmulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine ( Mechanical means) (ii) Rate included for necessary scaffolding and arrangments for working upto 15m height and working on any type of roof like AC sheet, Galvalume sheet with necessary safety measures and labour wastage due to working restrictions in hospital areas)

M & L for preparation old treated surface of wall and applying one coats of cement base paint with roller complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation old treated surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint with roller complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coat of Plastic emulssion paint including primer on surfaces of wall of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Distemper and primer to be applyed with roller only.

M & L for preparation of surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with roller on old treated surface of wall/ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Rate included for necessary scaffolding and arrangments for working upto 15m height and working on any type of roof like AC sheet, Galvalume sheet with necessary safety measures and labour wastage due to working restrictions in hospital areas)

Complete removal of existing treatment of wall/ceiling surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper with roller on old treated surface of wall etc over a coat of wall care putty including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (i) Wall care putty will be measured and paid seperately under respective item. (ii) Rate included for necessary scaffolding and arrangments for working upto 15m height and working on any type of roof like AC sheet, Galvalume sheet with necessary safety measures and labour wastage due to working restrictions in hospital areas)

M & L for prepration of old surface of wall and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old treated surface of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for prepration of old treated steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old treated wood or wood based surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. M & L for taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 mixed with PD Proof 101 LW (+) of Dr fixit or equivalant integral water proofing admixture @ 200ml/bag over two coats of super latex 302 of Dr fixit or equivalant in the ratio (1:4:7) ,( one part super latex, 4 part water and 7 parts of cement) @ 1.50kg of homogenious mixture/sqm in two coats and finish the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) for external walls complete all as specified and directed. Note :- PD proof and super latex to be measured and paid separately. (Note:- Rate included for necessary scaffolding and arrangments for working upto 15m height and working on any type of roof like AC sheet, Galvalume sheet with necessary safety measures and labour wastage due to working restrictions in hospital areas)

Supply only Pidi proof 101 LW(+), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only super latex 302, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of plants/trees of girth n exe 30 cm from roof tops/sides, external walls of bldg, chajjas, wall junctions, junctions of rain water/CI soil/waste pipe junctions including taking out the roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the disturbed surfaced using PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 or cement mortar (1:2) including repairing the GI/CI/PVc pipe joints which were damged during cutting/taking out process to match with the existing and finishing the disturbed surfaces to match with existing including necessary scaffolding/staging upto a height of 15.00 m from the ground level complete all as specified as directed. Notes (i) Any CI/AC/PVC pipes or pipe fittings damaged during the process of work shall be replaced by new one without any extra cost to the department. The decision of the GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (ii) The debris including vegetation plant/trees shall be disposed off to a distance exc 0.5 Km and n.exe 1.00 K m all as directed by engineer -in charge. (iiI) For deciding the girth of the plant/tree the height shall be taken at 30 cm above the slab/wall. (iv) The labour employed by the contractor for carrying out the work shall be provided with safety equipment and quoted shall be deemed to include the same.
