Excavation in trenches / foundation in soft / loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and n'exc. 1.5 m deep for HT / LT under ground cable / pole foundation and getting out including forming bottom surface to required level or slope, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling of excavated soil after laying the cable with spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil/excavated material obtained from ground level to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushning to U/G cable in layers of 23cm thick (8 Cm before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable) in trenches including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Only punned thickness 18 cm shall be measured and paid.

M&L for Sub class ‘B’ bricks old size laid dry flat over the cable abutting each other, length of cable equal to width of brick complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as speified and directed. Note: Purchase voucher and manufacturer test certificate shall be submitted by contractor while claiming payment..

Supply, laying in repair in trenches or passing through pipe/ducts, fixed to wall or poles XLPE insulated screened PVC sheathed galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable with alumn conductor of following size suitable for earthed system including testing and commissioning all as specified and directed Note : (Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, covers and GI pipe etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply & laying in replacement of GI tubing of 50 mm bore dia, light grade conforming to IS 1239- Part-I and ISI marked in trenches, across the road, CI Pipe line, culvert etc of required length for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement ON load change over switch with MS/SS enclosure 100 amps 415 volts 4 pole 50 Hz open execution type with rotary type handle operated complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement ON load change over switch with MS/SS enclosure 200 amps 415 volts 4 pole 50 Hz open execution type with rotary type handel operated complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing / Calibration to 11 / 6.6 KV HT LBS / OCB complete including the following (a)Taking out 11 / 6.6 KV HT OCB / LBS of 400 / 800 Amps rating trolley from HT Panel after switching off electric supply. checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of upward / downward movement of HT OCB trolley including opening the OCB /LBS & checking the mechanical system. cleaning & servicing the fixed / moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication / greasing and reassembling the OCB / LBS including connection to HT panel complete insulating oil to be replaced where reqd all as directed by EIC. (b) Taking out relay set of any make from HT 11 / 6.6 KV OCB / LBS panel and cleaning the contact (NO+NC) by CTC solution and adjust the contact and calibrate the relay by relay testing kit & proper plug setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in HT panels complete all as specified and directed by EIC. (Note for (a) & (b):- (i) Testing of above job to be carried out by engineers of authorised dealer / service centre of concerned OBC (ii) Replacing new items shall be measured and paid separately as supply only. (iii) Contractor shall submit the connected document / graph for relay calibration duly authenticated by authorised dealer / service centre). Note : Minor spares if required shall deem to be included with the above job.

Supply & Fixing in replacement Pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous white or brown including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washer and one galvanized iron nut, 100mm high & 65mm dia suitable for 11 KV grade working pressure fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Filteration and dehydration of Transformer oil for 11 / 6.6 / 0.433 KV transformers, 11 KV OCB's / PT's with stream line mobile filteration plant (To be provided by contractor & quoted prices deemed to include its hire charges) at a temp from 60-75 degree celsius to achieve the dielectric strength of oil 60 KV or over at standard gap as per IS 335 of 1993 (Fourth revision) to remove the moisture from winding and core complete all as specified and directed. Note : Filteration should be carried out in OFF position, therefore generator and cables will have to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. Test result will be recorded before and after filtration of oil and submitted to Engr-in-Charge in a prescriped manner.

Transportation of Transformer from site/ E&M yard to workshop for repairing and from workshop to site /E/M yard ( within 25 KM one side )after repair etc of capacity upto 750 KVA all as specified and directed. NOTE : The rate deemed to be included of transportation charges.

Dismantaling top cover of transformer of capacity upto 750 KVA , any make for repair / replacement of HT / LT bushing of transformer , or for replacement of top cover gasket or for inspection of transformer or for minor internal repairs of transformer all including draining carefully transformer oil as required / upto the required level and refilling the same , re fitting the top cover of transformer after completion of the work including testing complete etc all as specified and directed. Note - spare parts will be measured and paid seperatelly

Supply top cover gasket made up of 5 mm thick cork sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only HT bushing, porcelain vitreous brown body, suitable for 11 KV as per IS - 3347 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LT bushing , porcelain vitreous brown body, 1100 V grade as per IS - 3347 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only HT Brass and copper metal parts and rubber parts complete for 11 KV as per IS - 3347 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only LT Brass and copper metal parts and rubber parts complete 1100 V grade as per IS - 3347 complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to the leaks of transformer from tap switch/ fins/ any pats of body, by replacing gasket / seal , or Repairs to the leaks of transformer body / fins, by welding / brazing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully transformer any capacity, any make, any type from pole / plinth by dismantaling, dis-connecting HT & LT sides, earthings of transformer, supporting angles / cross arms, shifting / transporting transformer carefully from the site to the workshop (20 KM distance) and refixing at site after repair with all electrical connection to the entire satisfaction of engineer -in- charge complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down burnt HT winding and rewinding the same with super enameled copper wire and cotton wire of existing size specification including insulation of HT / LT winding insulation and insulating materials and changing of transformer oil complete all as per latest engineering practice and IS complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, filteration and topping up Insulating Oil / pure hydrocarbon mineral oil, clean and sufficiently free from moisture and of other foreign matter of breakdown value - 60 KV or over at standard gap after filteration for Transformers & Switchgears and shall be as per ISS-335-1993 (fourth revision) incorporating up to date amendment and additional characteristics as indicated below: - (a) Oxidation stability (i) Neutralization oxidation value max 0.4 mg. KOH/gm (ii) Total sludge after oxidation max 0.10% by weight (b) Break down value 60 KV or more at standard gap (c) SK value upto 8% Make APAR (POWER OIL) / CASTROL Note :- (i) Test report from manufacture to be provided. (ii) Record of new insulating oil used for replacement and topping up oil in transformer shall be maintained duly signed by rep of contractor and AGE E/M.

M & L for replacement of connection cover made of 2 mm thick MS sheet of LT / HT side of transformer and fixing with gaskets nuts and bolts duly drilled holes and painted two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of transformer (upto 750 KVA) outer surface suitable for painting and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray machine of light grey colour or as approved by Engineer-in-Charge including transformer accessories such as radiator, conservator tank, marshalling box etc & writing MES No in black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of old defective silica gel including full fill up in breather with new fresh silica gel complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement, MCCB 63 A, four pole, 16 kA rating, adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic setting,including taking down old unserviceable, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of fully retroreflective sign boards of cut to sizes/shape having writing back ground made out of 18 SWG MS Sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer including marking/writing letters, road sign any type with radium tape in different colours, duly mounted on angle iron frame 45mm X 45mm and 5mm thick fixed with nut, bolt, washer and welding (height as per site requirement) etc and painting with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat primer including all necessary earth work and PCC for foundation all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting, trimming of branches around Streeet light and along the OH conductor of LT/ HT line within 2 mtr distance along both side of line by mechanically/manually and dispose them at suitable place complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of unwanted vegetation/bushes/small plants/ shrubs complete outside / on the roof/wall the installations Bldg all around and surface excavation not exceeding 15 cm depth levelling the ground and removing the excavated material to a distance exceeding 50 Mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the cover of cable duct for removal of unwanted vegetation/bushes/small plants/ shrubs/soil from cable duct not exc 3' wide and 3' deep at 11/6.6 KV sub station in DGQA campus and removing the excavated material to a distance exceeding 50 M and placing the cover and well layout of Cables in duct after completion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of LT 433 Volt bus bar encloser outdoor type weather and vermin proof factory fabricated CPRI approved duly painted with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint, pedestal type made out of mild steel sheet 3.15mm thick, factory made, using angle iron 40mm x 40mm x 6mm and 500mm high, front opening single shutter weather proof , rust proof, dust proof with provision of rubber gasket and locking arrangement including LT bus bar with color code - 04 Nos and making connection with suitable size of thimbles, nuts, bolts and washers etc incl necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed.

A hole of 14 mm dia shall be provided at height of 2.5 mtr from base plate for inserting 2 core cable from junction box to top of the pole and top portion shall be fabricated for fixing street light fittings including earth work complete with cast iron base plate, having suitable dia of hole through the pole with nuts & bolts for earthing arrangement, bottom portion of tubular steel pole having 165.10 mm outer dia in 5 meter length, 4.5 mm wall thickness, middle portion having 139.70 mm outer dia in 2 metre length 4.5 mm wall thickness and top portion having 114.30 mm outer dia in 2 meter length, 3.65 mm wall thickness of pole wall, respectively, bottom MS square plate duly painted with two coat of black bituminous paint throughout, internally and externally up to planting depth and painting remaining portion of pole with two coats of aluminium paint to the entire exposed surfaces over one coat of red oxide primer making / pasting three nos circular strips each of 100 mm wide with one yellow and 02 Nos black colour strip synthetic enamel paint and marking / stencil writing of pole numbers with black paint including necessary excavation & earth work, removing excavated soil from site complete all as specified & directed. Note :- Necessary Excavation and earth work, PCC Work for foundation / erection of pole assembly will be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Disconnecting electrically, dismantling and taking out existing street light junction box any size/type from PCC/steel pole and refixing on same pole with flat iron clamps of size 25 x 3mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc after repair including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide zinc chrome primer on iron/steel parts and making electrical connection complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for painting of steel pole (swan neck type or straight type) up to 12 mtr height with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line / for street light with two coat of aluminium paint after scraching out old paint, cleaning and existing surface rust free, preparation of the existing surface, including marking pole numbers in a 20 cm dia yellow circle with number writting with black syenthic paint & painting strips in alternate from bottom to top with three strips of black syenthatic paint & two strips of yellow fluorescent paint (up to 1.5 mtr height) through out the circumference of pole (width of each strip shall be of 30 cm), complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out old seviceable/unserviceable street/flood lights fitting any type from pole/ wall and refixing the same on same or other location and connecting electrically with the wire 1.5 sqmm twin core after repairing all as spfd and directed..
