M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 (Type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills,sunshades, shelves, lintels etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring,etc, and making good, cutting n.exc 10 cm girth in Brick walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for prepainted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.
