Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth , for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying of cables etc. n exc 10sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/ existing cable trenches/ducts, in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed . ( Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for payment)

Supply and laying the Brick with width equal to length of brick as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks laid dry flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing excavated material to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Returning , filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing worn out/old/broken ACSR conductors of any size and length at any position from LT poles and supply, fixing and stretching new ACSR conductors of any size and type for over head LT poles including binding at site to insulator with suitable size of binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing in trenches/ on pole/ through pipes, 1100 volts grade XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor of following cross sections including jointing materials such as cable glands & lugs etc including taking out/dismantling of old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. Supplying and fixing in repair1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor 10 sqmm, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling existing old unserviceable LT Panel/Feeder pillar box and supply, erection, commissioning and testing outdoor type LT Panel, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type main copper bus bars of 1000 Amps, looping & branch connection system shall be made with suitable rating copper bus bar having sleeves of colour coded .The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint (Shade : RAL-7032) after 9 tank pre-treatment of surfaces. The LT Panel shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The LT Panel shall be made of 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate , front door (02 layers) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (75 MC) base frame at bottom. All incoming MCCBs shall be marked with location and rating of MCCBs. The Feeder Pillar shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation in and including dismantling of old unserviceable LT Panel complete and including the followings :

CONTROL WIRING : All control wirings shall have to be carried out with 1100 volts rated FR grade PVC insulated multi-flexible type copper wire of cross sectional area 1.50Sqmm and shall be properly bunched, tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size and type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type tube near the door hinges.

CABLE ALLEY- Cable alley shall be provided in both side of the panel of suitable space for all incoming and outgoing cables. Cable terminals shall be provided for conecting of all incoming and outgoing cables.

Notes for items related to LED light fittings : (a) LED CHIP, DRIVER & HOUSING shall be in the same MAKE . (b) DRIVER COMPLIANCES WITH IS LUMINAIRE CERTIFIED BIOLOGICAL TEST REPORT BY OEM LAB APPROVED BY NATIONAL TEST HOUSE. (c) NABL testing Certificate shall be produced at the time of Make approval by the GE. (d) Bidders shall submit LM-80 Report for LEDs and LM-79 report from NABL accredited Lab. (e) Contractor shall furnish a replacement warranty of two years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the certified date of completion of CA. (f) The product will be replaced free of cost by the contractor in the following cases:- (i) Manufacturing defects. (ii) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (iii) Drop in lumen (or Lux) below 90% of claimed values of lumens (or lux ) at 1m of the LED/Luminaires. (iv) All LED light/luminaire must meet the provisions laid down in IS-16101,16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part-II section 13. (g) Minor items required for completion of job are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by contractor. Nothing extra shall be payable on this account.

Supply, fixing, connecting and testing Automatic Street light switch using infrared Sensor based Nature Switch for automatic switching of street lights, Nature switch operation should be based on Natural light lux level. Required illumination level for switching on is < 30 lux and for switching off > 10 lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility for 4 - 12 hours. Repair and maintenance of street light /perimeter light/ security light /garden lights / flood light fitting HPSV/ LED, any type / Make installed on LT/HT poles/ building, by means of replacing any unserviceable parts as and when required complete with labour including taking down / dismantling, re-assembling and re-fixing the fitting at its original location with proper alignment and making good all defects including replacing of nuts/bolts/PVC connections etc and keeping the light fitting in working condition throught out the life cycle of LED light complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note : Defective / worn out parts / fittings will be measured and paid for separately as " Supply only" against relevant items of this BOQ)

S&F in replacement 3 Layer PPR Pipes, UV stabilised having thermal stability upto 93 degree centrigrade complete and fixed with the pole by providing FI clamps, nuts and bolts of size 25x25x3mm with nuts & bolts for protection of connecting wires, connection from junction box to light fittings, complete for outer dia 20 mm (PN-16) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting to steel tubular pole/Rail Pole of HT/ LT over head line and all MS clamps, cross arm work on poles with one coat of superior aluminium paint including necessary preparation of surfaces and painting of alternate strip with black and white synthetic enamelled paint strip 05 Nos each of 30 cm height up to 1.5mtr above PCC benching/coping complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : Trimming of tree branches around LT/HT line is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item.)
