Providing and fitting of 20000 GPH x 21-29 meter head mono block submersible pump set alongwith allied works required for un-interrupted water supply of pumping station Jib (Dugwell) by way of providing of one no. mono submersible pump set of capacity 20000 GPH x 21-29 meter head of Kirloskar / KSB. Job includes extraction of old pump from the Dugwell by using chain pulley block and manual labour. Providing, fabrication and fitting of extension piece / adopter as per size of the pump out let and rising main 80mm dia approximately 02 meters in length, lowering of new pump by chain pulley block and manual labour and providing and fitting of MS flanges, nuts, bolts, and clamps as per site requirement. Joining the delivery further to rising main. Providing and fitting of 15 HP starters. Job also includes providing and fitting of 70mm2 3.5 core aluminum cable from transformer to voltage stabilizer approximately 40 meters in length conforming to ISI standard by replacing old wornout cable. Job also includes topping of 63 KVA voltage stabilizer with 60 ltrs. Transformer oil after cleaning and demoistursing by filtering and heat treatment of the transformer oil in the voltage stabilizer chamber. Providing and fitting of NRV 3” CI to the manifold outside the Dugwell. Testing the submersible pump set on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, welding charges, shifting / transportation and labour charges. The firm should quote separately for rebate on account of old parts / unserviceable.
