SPECIAL REPAIR SURVEYED OFF CONDEMNED FURNITURE

Almirah Large with shelves steel. Overall size shall be 1985mm high,920mm wide and 485mm deep. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel bases made in U shaped with ends covered . Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of the length of 920mm and shall be up to full width of 485mm and shall be 100mm high Top, sides bottom and back of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet . Four shelves equally spaced of 1mm thick mild steel sheet shall be provided to make five compartments.Front shutter shall two leaves of equal size .Front shutter leaves shall have three butt hinges of 75mm fixed to each shutter and shall be side hung. All joints and welding and fixing shall be done in accordance with the standard workmanship. One chromium plated steel handle with a locking device shall be provided as shown on drawing . The locking device shall be three way locking device and shall also be provided with decorative key plate. All steel surfaces shall be painted with two coats of ivory colour hammer paint internally and extrenally with spray machine over a coat of red oxide (primer)after preparation of surfaces.A mark of MES shall also be provided on top left corner of front shutter with visible colour. Painting shall be done with spray machine.Rest all as per drg. Drg No FD 1031

Almirah Med with shelves Steel. Overall size shall be 1270mm high,765mm wide and 440mm deep. The base shall be made of two numbers mild steel sheet channel base welded to bottom of almirah and shall be 100mm high. Mild steel sheet shall be 1mm thick for channel base. The base channel shall be welded at 50mm from each end of 765mm length and shall be up to full width of 440mm of almirah. Top, sides, back, bottom and front of almirah shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet. Three shelves equally spaced making four compartments shall be provided and shall be of 1mm thick mild steel sheet.Front shutters shall have two leaves.All joints and welding, fixing shall be done according standard Workmanship. A steel chromium plated handle 100mm long shall be provided to the shutter. The locking device shall be three way locking device and shall also be provided with decorative key plate . All steel surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be painted with two coats of ivory colour paint over a coat of primer with spray machine after preparation of surfaces. A mark of MES shall also be provided on left top corner of front shutter of visible colour as directed by Engr In Charge. Rest all as per drgs. Drg No FD 1032

Bed Hard 6 feet x 3 feet with ply top. Overall size shall be 2050mm long, 900mm wide and 400mm high. All Steel shall be MS Square pipe of 18 Gauge. The head board shall be 800mm high and Foot board shall be 500mm high. The frame of head board and foot board shall be of 38mmx38mm MS square pipe.18mmx18mm MS square pipe shall be provided in the inner of head board frame/foot board frame as shown in drg.18mm thick both side decorative prelaminated MDF board exterior grade of walnut shade with PVC edging shall be screwed to MS strip arc welded to 18mm thick rectangular pipe with standard workmanship both in head board/foot board. 25mmx65mm rectangular CR pipe shall be used to make the long rails and short rails of bed hard and welding shall be done for fixing long rails to the legs irrespective of what is shown on drg.One stiffener of size 25mmx25mm shall be welded between the two legs of headboard over 150mm from the ground level. The top of bed hard shall be of 12mm thick BWR ply with anititermide of approved make fixed over the four equidistant stiffener of size 25mmx25mm SQ MS pipe in line with bottom of 25x65mm long rail section. PVC shoes shall be provided to legs of bed. All metal /iron work shall be painted with synthetic enamel black after doing two coats of metal primer.Rest all as per drg. FD/E6/MAP/8 (R)

Chair Computer. The Base pedestal assembly of chair computer shall be of dia 700mm and 1060mm high .The pedestal assembly shall be provided with injection molded in black 30 percentage glass filled nylon. A 10.5mm dia forged bright Zinc plated MS Castor Pin is of press fitted into each prong for holding the castors. The seat and back of the chair computer shall be made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. The back form shall be designed with contour lumber support for extra comfort with PVC lipping allround.The back rest shall be adjustable and consist of drop lift mechanism and shall be adjusted in the insert .It shall be scratch and weather resistant. Chair Dinning. Chair Dining with PVC Seat shall be made to the shape, size and design as shown on drg and as specified in particular specification and shall be manufactured in accordance with relevant drg All wood work shall be of kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated Ist class hard wood (Teakwood). Seat Nylon buffers shall be high glossy of best quality as approved by GE and shall be provided under each leg and fixed with 25mm long steel screws of suitable size. Finishes All wooden surfaces exposed to view (except under sides of frame and bottom of legs) shall be French polished with lacquer finish using spray polishing as a wallet colour and fittings shall be as shown on drawing and provided as per relevant. Chair Writing. The frame of the chair shall be of SS tubular frame powder coated, cantilever type of size 25mmx10mm in section. Back form shall be designed with contoured lumber support for extra comfort.120mm thick hot pressed plywood upholstered with superior quality fabric and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC lipping alround shall be provided at seat and back.PU arms shall be of superior quality and reinforced with SS insert.It shall be scratch and wheather resistant. Rest all specifications are as per drg and directed by Engr In Charge. Drg No FD/E6/MAP/12

Chair Easy FD. Overall size shall be 510 mm long, 575mm wide and 720mm high . All wood shall be first class teak (MP). Front legs shall be 30mmx55mm in section and 355mm high up to seat level. Rear legs shall be of 30mmx55mm in section and 300mm high up to seat level and slanting 50mm away from vertical. Front, back and side rails of seat shall be out of 30mmx55mm in section and made to shape as shown on drawing. front, back and side rails shall join the front and rear legs at 355mm high and 300mm high in rear Teak wood arm rests shall be provided at 150mm above seat level and shall be of 30mmx55mm in section as shown on drawing. Back rest shall be made of frame consisting of top horizontal rail of 30mmx100mm in section out of 60mmx100mm teak wood made to shape as shown on drawing and lower horizontal rail of back rest shall be of 30mmx100mm in section joined together by vertical side rails of 30mmx25mm in section teak wood to form the frame Caning shall be done with plastic cane of 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick half round gola type weighing not less than 6gms in ten running meters. Caning shall be done in Godrej pattern. PVC shoes 25mmx25mm shall be provided at the bottom of all legs. All wood surfaces exposed shall be given high gloss French polish with spray polish finish. Self weight syncro till multi position lock and seatslider. 700mm aluminium diecast base & 60mm nylone castors with class 4 Gas lift.Finrest composite leather on seat & back. Knee tilt mechnism with multiposition lock. As per Trade patern sampleand directed by Enginer-in-Charge.

Chair verandah. The overall size of the chair shall be 455mm wide 455mm deep and 940mm high. The frame of the chair shall be of 19mm dia MS tube of wall thickness 1.6mm duly powder coated. The seat and back of the chair shall be of PVC 4mm of weight not less than 1.85 kgs and grooves 90x10mm ten in nos on seat and back. One stiffener 19mm dia MS tube shall be provided in between the front legs as shown in drg. An additional support in seat and back shall be provided at centre between the seat and back duly welded for rest of PVC seat irrespective of what is shown on drg. Rubber shoes of best quality shall be provided to each end of legs.Rest all as per drg. Drg No FD/MAP II/06

Table Centre. Overall size shall be 900mm long, 450mm wide and 400mm high. All wood shall be of teak wood. Top of the table shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board exterior grade of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of top.Legs shall be made out of 60mmx30mm in section teak wood and 356 mm high. Bottom rail of teak wood of 20mmx50mm in section and 420mm long shall be provided between legs, widthwise at 100mm above the bottom of legs.The bottom tier shall be fixed on the top of bottom side rails with 50mm long screwss.The bottom tier shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board exterior grade of approved shade with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of both the tops.25mm dia hard rubber /PVC rings shall be fixed to the bottom of all legs fixed with 30mm long screws. All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss spray polish finish Rest all as per drg. Drg No FD 274
