Procurement of empty new PVC sand bags and filling the bags with and including tibba sand / approved earth (as approved by GE) from sources outside defence land for forming embankments / area filling including raising. Filling the bags with tibba sand / approved earth minimum 30 Kg in each bags, sealed the sand bags with 6mm nylon rope and stacking the bags up to 8.00 metre height by head load in such manner and arrangement as directed including taking down old cement bags, small bushes if any, and making the surface of required shape for sand bag complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note: (i) Colour of Bag shall be approved by GE. (ii) Tibba sand / Earth required for the item, shall be supplied by contractor from out side MOD land of any lead at his own arrangement. (iii) All cost of procurement of earth/tibba sand including cost of transportation, compaction, royalties, tax etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L over embankments area of traverse wall approved Sand filling around holes including raising and filling with approved sand or approved earth up to 8.00 metre height by head load in such manner and arrangement as directed including taking down damage portion and clean small bushes if any, and making the surface of required uniform shape complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.
