Dismantling and removing cement plastering including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S. fabrication work including weilding & molding screws with heavey wheel as may be required etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect as direction by EIC.

Brick work withFly ash bricks 25 cm x 12 cmx8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance +8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in Superstructure including cost, conveyance, royality etc complete as direction by EIC.

16 mm thick cement plaster over fly ash Brick Masonery with C.M ( 1:4) over work including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials etc complete as direction of EIC.

25mm grading in C.C (1:2:2) using 4.7 mm size hbg cleaned bajri (Down graded chips) mixed with water proof compound including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials etc complete as direction of EIC.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of primium vitified tiles Tiles (4'0"x2'0") of minimum 16mm thick and above 0.10 sqm of approved make in floors laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with slurry including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the work all complete incl. rubbing as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, fitting & fixing of vitified tiles Tiles (2'0"x1'6") of minimum 16mm thick and above 0.10 sqm of approved make in floors laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with slurry including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the work all complete incl. rubbing as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying, fiting and fixing of 32mm thick flush door shutter with frame choukatha with approved quality of 30mm thick BWR block board pasted with 1mm thick sunmica on both side of approved design and quality including cost of all door fitting and fixture etc. complete

Supplying, fitting & fixing of two track UPVC sliding window of approved make with 6mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame, shutters and all fitting and fixtures.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of vitified tiles Tiles (2'0"x2'0") of minimum 16mm thick and above 0.10 sqm of approved make in floors laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with slurry including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the work all complete incl. rubbing as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Painting two coats to the wall surface by using 100% premium Acrylic emulsion paint to interior wall (distmper)surface over a coat of primer with water bond cement primer after preparing the surface smooth by applying putty punning with Synthetic Acrylic wall putty including finishing the surface smooth by sand papering in all heights etc. complete in all respect.any approved shade including cost conveyance royality etc complete as per direction of EIC

Wall painting two coats with 100% Acrylic emulsion paint (1st quality) exterior grade(weather coat) over a coat of primer with water bond cement primer applying putty punning with Synthetic Acrylic wall putty in all heights with all scaffolding and staging charges including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, cost of all labours, T & P, sundries etc. as required for the work complete.

Providing Painting 2 coats with synthetic enmal paint over a coat of primer. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
