NOTES :(i)The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum/ amendments and General conditions of contracts before entry/quoting the rates.

Material and labour for overhauling/comprehensive maintenance of centrifugal / monoblock / submersible pump set following capacity and including dusting/cleaning by smooth brushing and lubricating of movable mechanism suitably with oil/grease and replacement of unserviceable/burnt out/worn out spare parts with new one as per existing make, duly commissioned in the same location necessary inspection, reassembling , testing , re-commissioning, etc complete for smooth functioning of the pumps to ensure desired result complete all as specified and as directed Note:- (i) Labour component required for the replacements of unserviceable parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item (ii) Following parts mentation in BOQ here-in -after shall be measured and paid separately and other parts if required for functioning of Pump set shall be provided by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against above items . (iii) T&P and minor parts will be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item . (iv) The cost of transportation/service engineer(if required) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by the contractor in this effect , hence the bidder/tenderer is advised to visit the site and assess the quantum of the work to be carried out in the contract. The cost of the same is deemed included quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect.

Material and labour for overhauling/comprehensive maintenance of Induction Motor of 3 Phase, 415 Volts following capacity and including dusting/cleaning by smooth brushing and lubricating of movable mechanism suitably with oil/grease and replacement of unserviceable/burnt out/worn out spare parts with new one as per existing make, windings of stator and rewinding with same size of super enamelled copper wire with necessary insulating material, varnishing backing, replacing DE/NDE bearings and reassembling the motor duly commissioned in the same location with necessary inspection, reassembling , testing , re-commissioning, etc complete for smooth functioning of the motors to ensure desired result complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Labour component required for the replacements of unserviceable parts, rewinding motors shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item (ii) All replacement parts (Excepts Bearing & Bushing) required for functioning of motor set shall be provided by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against above items . (iii) T&P and minor parts will be arranged by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item . Supply and fixing as in repair of Fully Automatic Star Delta Starter 12.5 / 15 HP, 9 - 14 Amp , 440 Volt , 50 Hz for Submersible pump all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make L & T Cat No. SS94362 or equivalent as approved by GE from list of approved makes.

Supply and fixing as in repair of Fully Automatic Star Delta Starter 7.5 / 10 HP ,9 - 14 Amp , 440 Volt , 50 Hz all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make L & T Cat No. SS96254POVO or equivalent as approved by GE from list of approved makes.

Material & labour for Plain Cement Conerete 1 : 3 : 6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone agregate as in foundation/platform of pump set/pump panel & other works at different pump house complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of existing unreinforced PCC complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply & laying in trenches / fixed to pole, walls. etc XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric power cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 25 Sqmm, 4.0 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I)-1988 including taking down old old cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Construction of Supporting arrangement with 80 mm GI pipe as pillar duly welded in Tripod form for fixing up chain pulley at jointed portion around and above existing borewell and GI pipe fully grouted in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 in foundation of depth at least 1.0 m and rest length of 7.5 m in air etc including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to all steel surfaces completed including earth work including taking down exsting one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe PVC insulated Submersible cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 3 core, nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 6 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 1554(Part-I): 1988 including taking down old old cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and not e. 1.5m in depth for foundation of poles, laying under ground cables, etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soft / loose soil complete as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as in soft / loose soil complete as specified and directed.

Material & Labour of sand cushioning to the full width of trenches for protection of cables including punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushioning shall be measure after punning down.

Supply and laying for brick protection of UG cable with sub class 'B' complete all as specified and directed.

Lifting of submersible pump set of capacity 5 to 15 HP from exisiting borewell of depth 150mtr along with column pipe 80/ 100 mm bore total length 30 RM after disconnecting the pipe from the circuit and reassemble after overhauling and repair, reconnection of motor and lowering with new/ old column pipe including replacement of new joint fitting material in the same borewell complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) The cost of overhauling, repair, new column pipe and submersible cable shall be measure and paid under relevant item as above. (b) Equipment like tripod and chain pulley block etc, are required for this job and the same shall be arranged by the contractor and the rates quoted is deemed to included for the same.

Supply only 80mm GI column pipe flange type suitable for subersible pump, ISI marked,both ends flanged including gasket, nuts and Bolts complete all as specified and directed. Note : Lifting and lowering pipe into Borewell shall be deemed included in the quoted rate of item No 89 above.

Supply, fixing & repair of the flexibel hose pipe with new reinforced PVC flexible hose pipe for suction of size 50mm dia with 2 Nos of suitable clamps and 1 No of hose pipe adopte etc complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ₹ ___________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
