COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE WORK TO 7021 EME BN, APS, 12 TAC AF, CMP CDU AND MISC UNIT AT DRONACHAL TOP UNDER GE DRONACHAL

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or cement concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 on external wall finished even and fair mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or in the manner specified by the manufacturer and in the proportions indicated all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces of ceiling finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete.

Supply only integral water proofing compound

M&L complete removal of old decorated surface of wall and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper white/coloured over and including one coat of white cement based putty (where it is required) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for prepration of old ceiling surfaces, applying two coat of white wash on ceiling all as specified.

M & L Preparation of old plastered surface wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. Make : Shalimar (Shaktiman)/ Asian (ACE) /Burger (Wall Menta) or equivalent in approved make by GE.

Material and labour for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ (old size) bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6 including demolition & removing dubrish outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and Fix in Repair including Dismantling if Existing, Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing all including the necessary PVC Frame complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
