Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11KV Compact Sub Station fabricated from steel sheet of thickness 1.6mm. The outdoor type enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be powder coated and PU painted (Colour cream glossy finish). Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for each compartment. HT compartment consists of 11KV, 630amp RMU (1VCB + 2LBS) with metering manual type. Transformer compartment consists of 500KVA 11KV/433V, 3Phase 50Hz copper wound oil cooled transformer with off circuit tap changer (+5% to -10% in step of 2.5%) Class A insulation, temp rise in oil/ winding -40/46 deg-C over ambient of 50 deg C as per IS 1180 EEL-2 (Amendment-4) Total loss @ 50%-1430W/ Total losses @ 100% 4100W, IMP %- 4.5% with all necessary fitting & accessories as per IS. LT compartment consists of 800A 4P 36KA MCCB with RYB indicator & digital multi function meter & CT’s complete with internal cabling & connections (Make: Secure/ Rishab/ or equivalent) interconnections between HT LBS & Transformer connection on HV side will be done by using HT cable 120sqmm Three core cable & transformer – LV side switchgear connection will be done by using aluminium bus bar of sufficient size.

LT compartment consists of 630A 4P 36KA MCCB with RYB indicator & digital multi function meter & CT’s complete with internal cabling & connections (Make: Secure/ Rishab/ or equivalent) Outgoing will be 320Amp 4P 25KA – 3Nos 200Amp 4P 25KA – 01 Nos 100Amp 4P 25KA – 03Nos interconnections between HT LBS & Transformer connection on HV side will be done by using HT cable 120sqmm Three core cable & transformer – LV side switchgear connection will be done by using aluminium bus bar of sufficient size.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Static Silent (Sound proof enclosure) Diesel Engine driven generating set capable of delivering 400KVA at prime mover rating at 85 load factor as per clause 12.3 of ISO 8528 (Part-1), water cooled, 415Volts (AC), 3Phase 4 wire system of supply, 50Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set consists of diesel engine coupled to matching alternator through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardised by manufacturer fuel tank with mounting arrangement and inlet, outlet return oil arrangement, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Ratnagiri, Maharashtra (capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all derating factors into consideration) including PCC foundation (of suitable size leaving at least 0.5m all around for ease of movement 0.5m height), anti-vibrating pads, testing including all features to comply as per IS: 10001/1000/2 and alternator as per IS: 133364, CPCB-IV approval. (i) Engine (primer mover): Diesel engine 1500RPM, direct injection, multi cylinders, four stroke confirming to ISO 3046/ BS 5514, water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive alternator capable of delivering 400KVA at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. (taking all derating factor in consideration) including battery 12V/ 24V (as per manufacturer recommendation) electric battery start complete with dynamically balanced fly wheel all standard fittings, fixtures as per manufacturers and including governor (ECPG) and engine protection system (shut down, high water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) tank and first fill lub oil & other consumables etc. (ii) Alternator: Brushless AC Alternator, 3 Phase, 415 V, 4 wire rated for output of 400 KVA, minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 rpm, IP23 protection class enclosures, insulation class, “H”, salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine.

Note for Item No. 3.00 and 4.00 (i) Acoustic Enclosures: Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured recommendations, however minimum 0.5 m space should be available all around the set height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5 m. (ii) Foundation/ Plinth/ Base: Shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations, however minimum 0.5 m space should be available all around the set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5 m. (iii) Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel for 12 hrs operation of Gen set. (iv) Misc. tool kit, operation and Maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manual, guarantee card etc. shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices. (v) The DG set shall be taken over only after it has been tested by the contractor in the presence of an officer nominated by accepting officers as per relevant IS specification/ instruction. (vi) All the expense incurred on the above mentioned test shall be born by the contractor without any extra cost to the government. If the result of test is not found satisfactory, the contractor shall at his own expense shall do the rectification of problem. (vii) DG set should be suitable as per CPCB-IV latest norm wef 01 Jul 2023 of National Clean Air Programme (NACP) Act 1981
