Disconnect and insulate electric supply wire and taking down carefully ceiling/exhaust/cabin/ wall fans of any make and sweep dismantling blades and submitting to AGE (E/M) Store as directed.

Taking down carefully geyser/water heater of any Make type & size including disconnecting water connection plug water flow, and submitting to AGE (E/M) Store as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan, 1200mm sweep, minimum BLDC (Brush Less Direct Current Energy saving ceiling fan with remote and battery, 230 Volts, 50 Hz power consumption is less than 35 watt, 5 star rated noiseless motor operation, inverter stabilization technology, 300 RPM, Air delivery 245 cum/min complete with standard accessories i.e (three blade, 02 Nos canopy, down rod of length 1.5 mtr to 2.0 mtr long, 02 Nos hanging clamps with rubber real insulator, nuts, lock nuts, bolts, washers, split locking pins etc), double ball bearing, copper wound, including electrically connecting from ceiling rose to fan connector with 0.75 sqmm flexible copper conductor three core with suitable size flexible PVC conduit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix heavy duty exhaust fan, steel body (04 blades) AC single Phase. 230V of size 300 mm sweep with, blades, and frame, louvers and shutter, complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing Exhaust fan metallic body 450 mm sweep, 1400 RPM single phase, 3 blades 230 Volts, 50Hz, with nut and bolts, washers etc., and connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from fitting to ceiling rose, and making holes for exhaust fan in wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for making hole (by Core Cutting only) of suitable size for 300/450 sweep sweep exhaust fan in wall or window with grill etc and including grouting bolts, cutting chasing and plastering, painting etc., to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for wire-mesh outside/inside the exhaust fan around hole for exhaust fan of any size and any type and from any place (Building height upto 15 mtr) including wooden frame (Square/round shape) required to be done by the contractor ) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix wall mounted fan high performance 400mm sweep 5 star equiped with powerful & silent copper motor, min 1300 RPM with 3 speed control, made up of high grade, corrosion resistance ABS plastic all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing electric water heater of capacity 25 ltr, storage type, Feroglas coating inner container, Made of ultra thick super cold rolled steel plates, 0.8 MPa high working pressure, Incoloy glass coated heating elements, heating element heavy duty mag-nesium anode rod, adjustable knob for temperature setting, 230 V, 50 Hz, BEE 5 Star, Energy saving high density PUF insulation, complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostat,NRV, 02 Nos connection pipes (Hot & Cold) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI tubing and fitting, 40 mm bore medium grade fixing in wall for hanging of ceiling fan including necessary cutting/chasis /plastering/ painting of walls and making good to the disturbed surfaces and clamp for hanging ceiling fan, complete all as specified and as directed.
