Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Construction of Embankment with Material Deposited from Roadway Cutting including compaction only.

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 metres, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2

Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

1000mm Dia two row culvert Earthwork in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification,including setting out,construction of shoring and bracing,removal of stumps and other deleterious matter,dressing of sides and bottom,brakfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work.

Plain cement concrement 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed,placed in foundation and compected by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Laying of reinforcement conrement pipe for culvert on first class bedding of granula material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation protection works back filling concrete and masonary works in head walls and prapets.

Brick masonry work in 1:3 cement mortar in foundation complete exculding pointing and plastering as per drwaing and technical specification clauses 600,1202&1203

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brickwork in sub structure & super structure as per drawing and technical specification.
