Repair to pot holes and removal of loose material, trimming of sides, cleaning of surface by providing tack coat at the rate of 0.30Kg ( zero decimal three zero kilogramme) per square metre, 20 mm ( twenty millimeter) compacted thickness, composed of crushed stone aggregate 13.2mm ( thirteen decimal two millimetre) to 5.6mm ( five decimal six millimetre aggregate at rate of 0.27 cum ( zero point two seven cubic metres), mixed with Bitumen VG-10 at the rate 1.46 Kg (one point four six kilograme ) per square metres of road surface to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in Hot Mix Plant 30/40 ( Thirty/ Forty) Tonne per hour capcity, transporting mixed material with tipper and laying mannualy to the required grade and camber and rolling with a three Wheel 80-100 ( Eighty-hundred) KN static road roller, finished to required level and seal coat seal coat for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specified level grade and cross fall using type-B as per technical specification clause 510 using BITUMEN VG - 10 at the rate of 0.68 kg ( zero point six eight kilogram) premixed with 0.006 ( zero point zero-zero six) cubic metre of fine aggregate per Sqm. ( square metre) heated in mini hot mix plant and laying manually of mixed material and rolling with power road roller 8-10 ( eight to ten) tonne capacity specification Clause 1904.2,503 and 508.1, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg to 0.30 kg (zero point twenty five kilogram to zero point thirty kilogram) per square meter on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per M.O.R.D 2014 technical specifications clause No. 503 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . Providing and laying 30mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.50 per cent of mix and filler using Nano- Technology Based Organo Silane Compound (Zycotherm) @ 0.1% by the weight of bitumen for enhansed performance, durability and waterproofing, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects, including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Construction of pavement with 80mm ( Eighty millimetre) thick concrete blocks make ISI conforming to clause 1504.2.1 of MORD specifications, paved and compacted over a thin bedding of sand layers (material meeting the requirement of Table 1500.6 of these specifications) of specified grading to be spread over a properly constructed and profiled base course and bounded by properly edge restraints conforming to clause 1504.2.2 and 1504.2.3 of these specifications and complete the work to the satisfication of Junior Engineer and Assistant Engineer of the area. (Subject to further entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge), including carriage of materials in all leads, lifts and other incidental and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete of nominal mix 1 : 2 : 4 {one cement : two sand : four graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm ( twenty millimetres)} nominal size grade M-20 (M-twenty ) in substructure as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification for Rural Roads Clauses 802,804,805,806,807,1202 and 1204 including the cost of form work but excluding the cost of reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in bed block , dirt wall and curing complete including hauling of materials in all kinds of leads, lifts and other incidental, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
