INTERIOR and RENOVATION WORKS IN LIBRARY CORRIDOR AT VIDHAN SABHA, LUCKNOW

Dismantling of stone works in flooring / dado including moulding, stacking of materials as directed by the Architect-in-charge with in a distance of 60 meters (200ft.)

Dismantling of existing wall panelling comprising multiple layers such as wood, tiles, laminates, etc., including removal of all associated fixtures and supports. The work shall be carried out carefully to avoid damage to the base surface. Dismantled materials shall be stacked neatly within a distance of 50 meters as directed by the Architect-in-Charge. All tools, labor, and equipment required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor. The rate shall include all labor, tools, transportation, stacking, and necessary safety precautions.

Repairs to Plasterwork Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing labour for collection, removal and disposal of malba/building rubbish, dismantled material, debris, etc. from site and dumping at designated place on ground floor, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Transportation charges for loading, unloading & transportation malba from site to approved dumping yard upto 10km, including loading, unloading, carriage by all leads and lifts, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and fixing flat pressed 3 layer particle board medium density exterior grade (Grade I) or graded wood particle board IS : 3087 marked, to frame, backing or studding with screws etc. complete (Frames, backing or studding to be paid separately): 18 mm thick sqm.

Providing and fixing machine cut, Marble stone work for wall lining (veneer work)in required design and pattern wherever required, stones of different finished surface texture, on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) laid and jointed with white cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade, including rubbing, curing, polishing etc. all complete as per Architectural drawings, and as directed by the Architect-in-Charge

Providing and fixing WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) boards for wall lining, of approved make, size, thickness, colour, and finish, suitable for interior / exterior application as per BAS specifications, fixed on wall / structural framework as per approved drawings. The work shall include cutting, shaping, jointing, fixing with approved adhesive and/or mechanical fasteners, including edge trims, corner profiles, grooves, beading, and joint covers where required. The item shall also include surface preparation, proper alignment, making good of junctions, sealing of joints, finishing, cleaning, and protection of finished surfaces, along with all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools, wastage, and accessories, complete in all respects as per manufacturer’s specifications and directions of the Architect / Engineer-in-Charge.
