Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc complete all as per the existing finish.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1100 V grade 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLS grade, conforming to relevant IS, drawn through and including PVC casing and caping with all accessories fixed on surfaces of wall, ceiling, including sunk pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet concealed in walls with 3 mm thick laminated Hylem sheet top cover fixed with brass screws for housing switches, socket, regulator etc including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable FRLS grade as earth continuity wire connected to common earth and earth dolly including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for the following:-

(a) One light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one switch.

(b) One light/fan/exhaust fan point for additional light point on the same switch circuit

(c) One 5 pin switch socket outlet 5 Amps on independent board controlled by one switch.

All as per Srl item No 02 but for one light point controlled by one switch with 1100V grade 1.5 Sqmm copper cable FRLS multistranded unsheathed drawn through in stove enamelled steel conduit on wall.

All as per item No 3 above but for 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amps with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS copper cable on independent board.

M&L for point wiring for one 15 Amp socket outlet independant with 2.5 sqmm copper conductor cable FRLS multistranded unsheathed drawn through & including stove enamalled rigid steel conduit and 2.5 sqmm conductor cable FRLS for earth wire including making connection with common earth and earth dolly including pressed steel terminal boxes concealed in wall with 3 mm thick laminated Hylem sheet top cover fixed with brass screw for mounting switches, sockets, regulator etc all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1100 V grade 4 Sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable FRLS grade, conforming to relevant IS drawn through and including PVC casing and caping with all accessories fixed on surfaces of wall, ceiling, including sunk pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet concealed in walls with 3 mm thick laminated Hylem sheet top cover fixed with brass screws for housing switches, socket etc including 4.00 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor cable FRLS grade as earth continuity wire connected to common earth and earth dolly including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for one 6 pin switch socket outlet 15 Amps on independent board controlled by one switch.

Submain wiring with 4 sqmm 2 Runs of single core multi stranded FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 Volts with copper conductor drawn in and including 25 mm wide PVC casing and caping with all accessories such as tees, elbows, junction box Reducers etc as required along with 1 Run of 4 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor as continuous earth wire and connecting to Existing main switch board \ Distribution Board and testing on completion including Taking down old submain wiring any type of conduit complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing submain wiring with 2 runs of 6 sqmm, FR LS PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded, 1100 Volts, copper conductor cable drawn in and including 25/ 32mm wide PVC casing and caping with all accessories such as tees, elbows, junction box, reducers etc as required along with 1 run of 6 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board \ Distribution Board and testing on completion including taking down old submain wiring of any type with conduit complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : 3 runs of 6 Sqmm cable, PVC insulated, unsheathed, single core, multi stranded copper conductor cable and 1 run of PVC casing/caping 25mm/32mm wide shall be measured as single run.

Taking down and servicing of ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep at site and removing of old grease from bearing of ceiling fan and re-filling new grease including replacement of worn out nut bolt/ washer, rubber bush, canopy and reassembling the fan complete and hanging on its original/ new position as directed by Engr-in-charge.Note: MS nut bolts with spilt pin, Ball bearing and Gun metal bush shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only MS Nut bolts with split pin as per sample and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only Ball bearing suitable size of ceiling fan and exhaust-fan of any type and size .Make : SKF/ Tata

Supply only gun metal bush suitable for ceiling fan and exhaust fan any type and size including removing old

M&L opening the body cover of fan any type and make and cutting the existing worn out winding with out damaging the stator removing the coil insulation and putting new insulation of polyster paper, winding with super enameled copper wire of suitable gauge with correct number of turns of auxillary and main winding and varnishing and packing complete including soldering new lead of copper wire testing complete including transportation to work shop and back all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : a) Contractor have to make the arrangement for testing of Rewinded fan upto 24hrs at Gmk power house and in case of failure to above said testing a penalty of Rs 200/- per fan shall be deducted from contractors due and rewinding of same once again is bonded. b) Fan should be return to MES yard after rewinding within 10 day from the date of issue otherwise a penalty of RS 10/- per day per fan shall be deducted from contractor is dues.

(a) Ceiling fans 1200/1400 mm sweep

( b) Exhaust fan Upto 300 to 350mm sweep

( c) Wall mounted fan 400mm sweep

M&L flexible wire of size 23/0.0076 for ceiling fan connection including taking down the old unserviceable wire complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-charge.Make: Polycab / Havells / V Guard

M&L for Preparation of old painted surface of ceiling fan and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with spraying painting machine including writing MES number on body of the fan including taking down and refixing and connection and testing complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- charge.

S&F in replacement fan capacitor 2.5 mfd 240 V AC supply.

14. M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate, electrode, 600x600x6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) connected to GI wire 4 mm thick dia by mens of nuts, bolts, & washers of GI as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part-I Connected to earthing test point all as specified including necessary earth pit, PCC 1:3:6 chamber be 50mm thick, PCC 1:2:4 chamber cover with 6mm dia mild steel reinforcement of 10 cm c/c spacing both ways in lieu of CI cover , watering arrangement shall be made with GI pipe light grade of 20mm dia including funnel and protection to earth lead shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 15mm dia unto 7.5 from the earth plate electrode & refilling of soil etc including necessary excavation & earth work in any strata and PCC chamber all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including demolish existing earth pit taking out old materials.
