Surface excavation n. exc. 30cm and averaging 15cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5m deep for foundation, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each n. exc. 0.5Cum, getting out, returning, filling in, and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to adistance n. exc. 50m and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in, including, spreading, leveling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 50metre but n exc 250 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for broken stone or boulders as in hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered, rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base/foundation filling/mass concrete/sunken floor etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base/foundation filling/mass concrete/sunken floor etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering, ramming and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed. .

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base/foundation filling/mass concrete/sunken floor etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 M span, cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work.complete all as specified and as directed. (Reinforcement and form work shall be measured and paid separately).

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15cm thick below or above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6.0m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing up to mirror finished and rounding of edges over and including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 20mm thick finished in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 16-18mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and rounding of edges surface over and including screed bed or backing layer of cement mortar 10mm thick finished in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick vitrified ceramic tiles Dark Shade, double charged/ ultracharged, (square/rectangle) polished area of each tiles between 0.36 sqm to 0.42 sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface and over and including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15mm thick finished in cement sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick vitrified ceramic tiles Dark Shade, double charged/ ultracharged (square/rectangle) polished area of each tiles between 0.36 sqm to 0.42 sqm as in dado/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over 10mm thick cement plaster finished in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floors and paving, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 80mm thick coloured machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, of M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing steel work in tubular section for post, purlins etc including special shaped washer, angle cleat, holdfast, gusset plate etc using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161- 1979 grade St.-240 cut or notched forming holes, without any attachment including drilling, fitting, riveting and or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or nuts and bolts) providing and fitting angle cleats gusset plates etc also for welding plumbing, truing up and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or fixed with ‘L’ & ‘J' hooks or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or concrete surfaces etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work/PCC block wall or concrete external surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated or painted surfaces of walls and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.
