Outsourcing for maint and operation of main receiving HT MRS/sub station located at Bhadoriya Complex round the clock, having installed VCB panels of suitable capacity 01 No incoming & 02 Nos outgoing, HT structures, LT distribution panels, Distribution transformer, complete with deployment One electrician (skilled) and one mate electrician (semiskilled) for each shift of 08 hours and for complete three shifts per day) including daily periodically maintenance of HT/LT distribution system including minor repairs such as replacing of fuse of HT & LT, tighting/replacing of thimbles,lugs, nuts , jumpers & cleaning of panels and surrounding area. Maintaining/updating of log sheets and other documents and submit to office of AGE E/M Pathankot, to recording of continuous supply of electricity in Army area/Users including cleaning of installations inside and outside of the installation complete all as specified and directed.NOTE:Quoted rates shall be inclusive of basic wages for skilled and semi skilled electrician, contribution towards Employment State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Employer's contribution towards EPF, bonus, Overhead charges & profit, LWC, GST & others taxes levied all as per existing rules.

Note for items No .1 (a) The rate quoted shall inclusive of all taxes, cess, levies, including GST as applicable & existing rules.(b) Contractor is required to quote upto two digits after decimal place in accordance with IS:02 of 1960 (Revised 2016) of BIS. (c) The Contractor shall submit proof of payment of i.e Basic wages, ESIC, EPF, Bonus, LWC with submission of valid & authentic document in support of proof of payment, before claiming payments from Department.

(i)Total Electrician both Skilled & semi skilled required to operate the equipments/installations = 06 Nos .(ii) One electrician (skilled) and one mate electrician (semiskilled) required in each shift duty of 8 hrs round the clock i.e (Total 03 shifts in a day). (iv) The rate quoted includes Oustourcing for operation & maintenance of installation on all days including Sunday/Gazetted Holidays. (v) The cost of maintenance of documents installations charts and daily records as clarified under relevent particulars,specification shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted for above items. (vi) The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive for provision of reliever duty and leave periods.(Vii) The operator on duty should have proper uniform in light blue colour shirt and dark blue trauser duly printed name as MES and contractor with all protective arrangement during the duties like shoes/hand gloves and required tools for operation and maintenance of installation.

(viii) The HT 11 KV supply from 132/11 KV MRS of Mamun to MRS to be monitored by the operator. The HT OH line from 132/11 KV MRS of Mamun to MRS Bhadoriya to be patrolled once in a month for preventive breakdowns.Additional manpower required for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Necessary transportation should be provided by the contractor and the rate quoted is deemed to be included in per shift rate.(ix) Rated quoted deemed to be inclusive for additional man power required for early restoration of supply in case of emergency.The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of rectifying minor defects such as (a) replacement of HT fuse wire, lugs, ACSR jumpers etc whenever required.(b) Keeping neat and clean of complete installation area by grass cutting and removing the debris. (c) Keeping daily record of HT sub-stn and relative parameters all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (x) The contractor has to work in conjuction with other agencies working at Bhadoriya Complex area to resolve the break downs without creating inconvenience to users.

(xi) The capacitors banks shall be operated for maintaining power factor not less than 0.95 at incomer. The cost of replacement of defective LT capacitors/contactors will be measured and paid separately. The Contractor shall provide HT telescopic discharge rod - 1 set and 11 KV hand gloves - 2 pairs and box spanner set- 1nos at each installation. (h) The installation will be handed over in operating state on the commencement of contract though work order.

(xii) Antecedents of the Personnel engaged by the contractor to carry out the work shall be verified from police authorities and accordingly security passes shall be issued. (xiii) The contractor shall be solely responsible for all personnel deployed for carrying out the above jobs and all transport required for conveyance. The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of EPF, insurance etc of operator/electrician all as per latest norms of labour Commissioner. (xiv). The labourers shall be provided with protective devices and shall wear them while working. In case any accident/ injury/ fatal or partial disability happened, the contractor shall be solely responsible for settling all claims/ compensation. Department will have a right to recover any sum indicated/ claimed by Labour Commissioner/ Court directive. (XV) Contractor will render a certificate/ confirmation every month that minimum wages act is not violated and every employee engaged have been paid their wages only through individual bank account laborers in full and receipts there on obtained. The Contractor shall produce bank statements every month alongwith the Certificate.

(xvi) In case the contractor fails to set right break down (occurring during maintenance) or absence of operator within 02 hours, the Accepting Officer and the Engineer-in-Charge (GE and AGE E/M) shall impose penalty of Rs 500/- per hour per operator for inconvenience caused after said 02 hours period. If such penalties occurred more than twice in a month contract will be terminated, the balance portion of the year shall be got executed by other agency at the risk and cost of the contractor

Supply only Capacitor duty contactor with 1 No Aux contact 230V AC coil voltage suitable for minimum 10 KVAR capacitor.Make: ABB/Schneider/L&T /Havells/EPCOS or equivalent approved make of HQ CE WC

Supply only Double metalised paper and polypropylene technology ( Mixed Dielectric) capacitor cylindrical/box type for power factor correction of 440 V, 50 HZ rated of capacity 20 to 25 KVAR. Make: L&T/Neptune-Ducati / Schneider/Havells/EPCOS or equivalent approved make of HQ CE WC

Supply and topping up of new transformer oil with di-electric strength not less than 60 KV at 2.5 mm gap in to the conservator tank/ body tank of the transformer by opening the cover & refixing, confirming to IS-335 of 1992 including heating of oil if required at various locations complete all as specified and directed .[Make: Poweroil/ Transol/ Sabitha Chemicals or equivalent approved make of HQ CE WC]

Outsourcing for maint and operation of central AC plant of capacity 3x24 TR ( 2 nos working + 01 standby) including connected LT control panels, AHUs , pumpsets, Cooling towers etc complete of any capacity, Diesel Generating Set with connected control panel which shall be run when electric breakdown occurs, installed at 2 ASD, Bhadoriya complex round the clock in three shifts of 8 hours with deployment One Ref/Mech(skilled) and semi skilled Ref/Mech (mate) for each shift of 08 hours including daily periodical maintenance like cleaning,greasing and oiling in moving parts etc, area cleaning up to 10 mtrs surrounding the station complete all as specified and directed NOTE:Quoted rates shall be inclusive of basic wages for skilled ref/Mech and semi skilled Ref/Mech, contribution towards Employment State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Employer's contribution towards EPF, bonus, Overhead charges & profit, LWC, GST & others taxes levied all as per existing rules.

i) The cost of employment of supervisior and any assitance required to operate and maint the installations by operating staff round the clock shall deemed to be included in above offer. ii) Total Refg/Mech both Skilled & semi skilled required to operate the equipments/installations = 06 Nos .(ii) One Refg/Mech(skilled) and one mate Refg/Mech (semiskilled) required in each shift duty of 8 hrs round the clock i.e (Total 03 shifts in a day). As per industrial act one person should not be continued on duty more than 06 days and he should be given weekly off day for his personel maintenance and one reliver should be employed for off duty by arrangement of contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.The rate quoted includes Oustourcing for operation & maintenance of installation on all days including Sunday/Gazetted Holidays. iii) The cost of maintenance of documents installations charts and daily records as clarified under relevant particulars specifications shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted for above items. iv) The location of AC plants/DG Set to be outsourced are lying inside restricted area and therefore the contractor/operating staff shall comply to all security measures/restrictions imposed by the unit from time to time. v) The contractor has to arrange the dry/wet bulb thermometer for recording hourly room temperature.

(vi) The cost of maintenance of documents installations charts and daily records as clarified under relevent particulars,specification shall deemed to be included in the rates quoted for above items. (vii) The quoted rate deemed to be inclusive for provision of reliever duty and leave periods.(Viii) The operator on duty should have proper uniform in light blue colour shirt and dark blue trauser duly printed name as MES and contractor with all protective arrangement during the duties like shoes etc and required tools for operation and maintenance of installation.The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of minor servicing like greasing of bearings, replacment of glands/ rubber coupling, belts etc.Periodical cleaning of cooling tower and AHU filters is contractors responsibility. (ix) The installation will be handed over in operating state on the commencement of contract though work order (x) The operator shall ensure by trial run and be alert to run the DG Set within 5 minutes of supply failure.(xi) Diesel Oil required for running the DG sets will be made available at Site by the Department for running the DG set.However, the record of consumption of oil shall be maintained by Contractor at each installation.Contractor shall have to intimate minimum 02 days in advance for requirement of diesel for DG sets.

(xvii) In case the contractor fails to set right break down (occurring during maintenance) or absence of operator within 02 hours, the Accepting Officer and the Engineer-in-Charge (GE and AGE E/M) shall impose penalty of Rs 500/- per hour per operator for inconvenience caused after said 02 hours period. If such penalties occurred more than twice in a month contract will be terminated, the balance portion of the year shall be got executed by other agency at the risk and cost of the contractor

M & L for de-scaling the condenser of 24 TR (2x12 TR) chiller unit by using Sulphuric acid agent with continuous circulation pump and finally neutralizing with fresh water by opening both end covers of shell and tube condensers, cleaning with nylon brushes, re-fixing the end covers with new rubber gaskets, greasing the nuts/ bolts and testing and commissioning all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Descaling to be carried out once in three months for each condensor unit.

Supply only 3 pole power contactor of 32 to 40 A rated operational current carrying capacity(AC3 duty), with coil operating voltage 230 V/ 415 V AC 50 HZ Make: Schneider / L&T,C&S ,GE ,BCH or equivalent approved make of HQ CE WC

Supply only overload relay with operating range 32 to 40 A .Make: Schneider / L&T,C&S ,GE ,BCH or equivalent approved make of HQ CE WC

Supply and charging of refrigerant gas R-22 complete one time for topping up or making full qty as per the pressure requirement of plant and testing for any leakage and rectifying the same as directed by Engineer in Charge and testing on full load condition for 8 Hrs period.Make: Mafron/ Freon/ Floron or equivalent approved make of HQ CE WC

Supply only compressor oil for carrying out repairs under relevant items above Make: SERVO/ Sheetal N-68 /Sandon or equivalent approved make of HQ CE WC

Sch of Credit = 1100.00

Note: In case the tenderer quotes different rates for similar item then lowest rate shall only be applicable for payment and contractor shall not have any claim on this account.
