PROVIDING TRAFFIC CENSUS COUNT POST (24 COUNT POST-PROPOSED 21 COUNT POST) ON STATE HIGHWAYS IN GOKAK AND MUDALALAGI TALUKA OF BELAGAVI DISTRICT UNDER 3054-03-337-0-05-200 SH ROAD MAINTENANCE FOR 2025-26

The Tenderer shall obtain any work the workdone certificate from financial year 2020-21 to 2024-25 (25% of the Amount Put to Tender i.e., Rs. 1.02 Lakhs) in the prescribed format from the Competent Authority not below the rank of Executive Engieer(District Level Officer)and scan the Original Certificate and attach the scanned file to the Bid

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx5.0-B)Where A is Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress.N -Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited-0.083 year.B-Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 0.083 year (Period of completion of the works for which tenders are invited)

Maximum of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2025-26)

3.3 (a) Each tenderer should demonstrate availability of few key equipments/machinery for execution of the work. However as per Govt circular No.GO FD/AE 263/EXP12-2022 dt 11-05-2022, this clause for owning key equipments for works costing upto Rs.3.00 crores is exempted. However it is obligatory for the contractor to use the following machineries for various activities involved in construction as per MORTH specification. and Contractor should produce the document of Survey Equipment.

Value at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be executed during the next 12 months(Financial commitment of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2025-26), (Monthwise commitment shall be furnished)

The Contractor Must Enclose Equipment Demonstration Certificate Issued By Consent Division After delivering Demonstration of the Equipments.

Report on the financial standing of the Tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors report for the last five years

The Tenderer shall achieved in at least one financial years an average annual financial turnover from financial year 2020-21 to 2024-25 of Rs.4.10 Lakhs (not less than the estimated cost under this contract).

The EMD of Rs. 6,000/- shall be paid in full through e-payment in favour of Executive Engineer, PWD, Chikodi Dn, Chikodi

For CAT II A contractors reservation category participate in the tender, the contractors should upload the domicile certificate stayed in KARNATAKA for minimum of 10 years issued by a competent authority / Tahsildar.
