Material and labour Pre- painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of suspended false ceiling using E-grid 2430, 180 GSM (exposed ceiling suspension system ) of grid size 600mmx600mm x 4mm thick with main runner 32 mm x 24 mm, 0.7mm thick, cross runner 24mm x 24mm 0.7mm thick and wall angle 24mm x 24mm with GI powder coating at bottom of runner and wall angle in a grid of GI system duly suspended with 3mm dia GI wire fixed with steel dash fasteners or iron purline from the roof with adjustment clip providing positions for light fixtures,air conditioning diffuser and ducts ,sprinkler ,smoke detectors etc.The main runners to be secured to structural soffits by hanger @ 1220 mm maximum c/c. the last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjucent wall,Flush fitting 1220 mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runners @ 610mm c/c,so as to form 600mm x 600 mm grid as specified in SSR Part-II 2020(Rates) complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but excluding backing), removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base 20 mm in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete exc 15 cm thickness as in sunken floor and also removing the debris to the out side of MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 50 mm dia and 350 mm long medium grade GI pipe spouts with wire gauge on inside mouth to be fixed before water proofing treatment of sunken slabs by cleaning RCC slab surface floors and walls by wire brush and rendering 6 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with integral WPC on uneven surface to make it even. Fill it water and check for dampness and seepage, all junctions points of side walls where CI/GI pipe are passing shall be sealed with epoxy mortar. Apply two coats of polymer modified cementious water proofing coating of minimum thickness of 1 mm each layer as per manufacturers instructions on floor & walls (upto 100 mm above FFL) and spray coarse sand on surface when the second layer is still sticky. Apply 20 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with integral WPC of approved make on floors and walls including rounding of corners and junctions stoping towareds spouts. All pipes laid in sunken portions shall be covered with 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all around after painting with anti corrosive black japan paint on GI/CI pipes. Test the water proofed area by filling water at least 72 hours and tested for leakage/seepage for the entire satisfaction of GE. After above said treatment apply two coats of hot blown bitumen @ 1.5 Kg /Sqm for each coat and laying 50 micron black polythene film in floors complete all as specified and directed. (Note : If leakage/Seepage occured after filling water at least 72 hours, the above said treatment will be re-done completely)

Material and labour for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling of sunken floors complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, etc finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including provision of joint of size 10 mm wide and 30 mm deep at every 2.4 mtrs interval filled with sealing compound grade 'A' etc complete all as specified and as direted.

The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the teransverese direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction (v) Applying two coat of aluminium paint over the app modified membrane @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm
