Work of bituminous road strengthening, interlocking tiles, repair of drains and road lighting in Hardoi city from Shri Rajpal Singh Gaurs house to the pond and from BSNL office to station road in Prahladpuri Scheme, Hardoi to Station Road.

Providing, laying, spreding and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density.complete as per Morth clause 401

Providing and applying primer coat with 60/70 bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granuler base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc .required to proper completion of the work as per Morth clause 502.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of VG-30 @ 3.4 percent of mix transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and501.7 to achieve the desired compaction.

Providing & applying tack coat with VG 10 bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg/ sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechnical broom. including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc .required to proper completion of the work.

Providing & laying 25 mm thick compacted SDBC with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder, @ 5.00 % weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, Laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor controller to required grade, level & alignment & rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieved the desired compaction complete in all respects & as per relevant clauses of MORT & H section-504.

Providing and Laying Interlocking Concrete Block pavement 80 mm thick of 35 mpa grade with approved colour, design and pattern including leveling, dressing of surface to required level and slope, spreading and mosting 5cm. thick local sand etc. on bed, filling joints with local sand etc. for proper completion of the work as per drawing and technical specfication. Clause 1504. as per direction of EIC.

First class 150 brick work in 1:6 (1cement : 6 coarse sand) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:6 (1cement and 6coarse sand of 1.25 FM). Including in all labour, T&P etc complete.

Supply & fixing of 9 mtr GI Octagonal Pole of approved make (top dia 70mm, Bottom dia 155 mm and base plate 12mm thik) having 3mm thikness with single arm bracket (1.0 Mtr length) on RCC foundation including the cost of foundation, foundation bolts, excavation & back filling and Required T&P completee in all respect.

Supply and laying of 10 sq.mm 4 core. aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm. thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc. complete.

Supply and burring of Safe Earthing Electrode T-19, (Hot Dip Galvanized), Length up to 3000mm, outer Dia 50 mm inner Dia 25 mm, terminal Dia 12mm, outer GI pipe of 16 swg and inner GI pipe of 12 swg with Hot Dip Galvanization up to 100 micron filled with crystalline conductive mixture (CCM) having anti corrosive & conductive property with 50 kgs activated soil (BFC) capable of reducing the soil resistivity with good mixture of retaining capacity and one earthing lead of 25mm x 3mm G.I. strip, upto switch board (from apron to switch board, the cost of G.I. strip will be extra) along with 30 cm square C.I. frame with hinged cover & masonry housing.

Supply and laying of 4 sq.mm 4 core.aluminium conductor PVC insulated armoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade at a depth of 750 mm below ground level over a cushion of 75 mm. thick sand all around and protected with burnt bricks on sides and on top. On surface the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc.complete.

Supply and laying of 25mm x 3mm G.I. strip from earth electrode directly in the ground as required complete in all respect.

Supply and fixing 15 A TPN capacity of automatic street light cubicle control panel painted with anti corrosive alkali and acid proof paint consisting of time switch TSO 100 series with contactors, HRC fuses, isolating switch metering instrument & instrument box with CTs etc. in case of TPN, complete in all respect.

Supply and fixing of LED Street light Fitting having die cast aluminium body and diffuser with driver set suitable for 45 watt to 50 Watt. Confirming to IP 66 protection complete in all respect.

Earthwork In excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Sand filling in plinth excluding supply of necessary quantity of sand from a distance not exceeding 8 km. From the site of work and including watering, ramming dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (Labour only).

First class brick work in 1:6(1 cement :6 coarse sand) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work. -

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1Cement, 2coarse sand, 4graded stone ballast 20 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of form work in foundation & floors.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)

Add for plaster drip course/ groove in plastered surface or moulding to R.C.C. projections.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Providing and fixing of RCC bench 1.80 meter long in Park including all labour T&P etc. complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not wrought to included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured upto floor two level.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 8 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.
