WORK A - Construction of new Drain Duct for rain water flow at coal stack yard

Earthwork in bulk excavation in dense (or) hard soil (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 Sqm. on plan) including disposal of excavated soil lead upto 50m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One part of cement, 4 parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & 8 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering for foundation footings of columns, mass concrete so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and placing in position of M.S / Tor steel grills for R.C.C works in all floors including cost of Steel, cutting, bending, binding with 16 Gauge GI Binding wire and placing in position etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/m# and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticizer / super plasticizer) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying and laying in trenches 160 mm dia. PVC inflow pipe line 6 Kg./CM2 with necessary pipe specials such as elbow, tee, union joint etc., and the joints being tightened including threading cost of pipe, specials etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying (to level and slope) and jointing Reinforced Concrete Heavy duty non pressure pipes, IS class NP3 of 300mm diameter with flush joints including testing of joints etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmentalofficers.

WORK B - Filling the undulated area with dredged material at Coal stack yard

Filling the low lying area using dredging material / available approved material by cutting, loading, transporting by deploying required equipments like excavator, tipper, with all lifts and leads to site with an average lead of 1 Km., spreading in uniform thickness, watering, compacting by deploying required equipments like grader, roller etc., The rate inclusive of conveyance, tools & plants, hire charges for machinery, fuel charges, all labour etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
